I wish I didn't need their services at all, but since I do I can say that I have had a very pleasant experience. This is a group of caring, knowledgeable and empathetic professionals. They make me feel listened to, concerned about and that my well-being is of the utmost importance. This all relates to a better all-around healing experience.

All the staff, in particular the physicians and their assistants are respectful, cordial and professional. I always have a good experience when I go to Pinehurst Surgical.

90% of the doctors have innovated knowledge. PSC has some of the best staff from front office, schedulers, doctors, nurses & physical therapy!A+ 5* goes to Dr. Raymond Washington, Dr.Lemons, Dr. Fraser, Dr. Reifkhol, & The Physical Therapy Department (Kelly & Corinne). Regarding the -10% do your research on the doctors/department.Don’t let Dr. Strom do surgery on you.Dr. Conti lacks compassion & patient care.

I found Dr. Lynn Fraser at Pinehurst Surgical after my former doctor stopped doing spinal injections.I booked an appointment for myself & my husband hoping to get some relief from back and sciatic pain. Dr. Fraser saw us both and managed to hit the right spot on each of us.The staff is great!

Excellent care given by providers and staff. The wait may be long- but it’s because the time spent with each patient is spent listening and working with the patient. You’re not put through like a revolving door. You’re listened to and considered at every step. I never mind waiting for a physician when they are giving time to their patients listening, problem solving, and taking care to make sure their documentation is correct.

My visit at Firsthealth went great. All the staff was very friendly and detailed in answering my questions. It was easy to find the clinic, all the facility is new, clean, convenient. Great care. I’m looking forward to having my prenatal visits here.

Everyone has been courteous & answered all my questions regardless of how silly they seemed to me. They've included my wife & explained web berthing to us in a way where we didn't feel stupid or talked down to.
