Excellent care given by providers and staff. The wait may be long- but it’s because the time spent with each patient is spent listening and working with the patient. You’re not put through like a revolving door. You’re listened to and considered at every step. I never mind waiting for a physician when they are giving time to their patients listening, problem solving, and taking care to make sure their documentation is correct.

Everyone has been courteous & answered all my questions regardless of how silly they seemed to me. They've included my wife & explained web berthing to us in a way where we didn't feel stupid or talked down to.

My second visit was another wonderful experience. From my check-in at the front desk to my exit with Mary, every interaction was pleasant, prompt, and made me grateful to be receiving such great personalized care at this facility. Connie Tighe has an amazingly calm and reassuring approach with patients. I reported back to my primary care doctor that her recommendation was wonderful and that she could send patients here with full confidence that they are in the best of hands.

I found Dr. Lynn Fraser at Pinehurst Surgical after my former doctor stopped doing spinal injections.I booked an appointment for myself & my husband hoping to get some relief from back and sciatic pain. Dr. Fraser saw us both and managed to hit the right spot on each of us.The staff is great!

I have known and respected Dr. Vlasov for many years. He is an exceptional physician who always demonstrates kindness and empathy to his patients. I recommend friends to him routinely based on my experiences with him. He goes out of his way to ensure hours patients get the best possible outcome.

My visit at Firsthealth went great. All the staff was very friendly and detailed in answering my questions. It was easy to find the clinic, all the facility is new, clean, convenient. Great care. I’m looking forward to having my prenatal visits here.
