Dr Chamberlain is an outstanding surgeon. He has treated me for several years with regular check ups. Recently he recognized the slightest change and took action immediately. I personally feel like my diagnosis could have been overlooked by someone else. I am thankful for Dr Chamberlain and have complete confidence and trust in him.

Dr. Chamberlain is one a most caring provider. He is personable - he treats the person who happens to be a patient. He is thorough and professional - exploring all the potential issues and options for treatment and explaining these to the patient in a way they can understand.

Called firsthealth and asked to speak to a on call urologist to ask a simple but important medical question. He called me and all I can say is RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. I am so glad he is not my regular urologist. Thank God I go to unc chapel Hill

Long 2+he Wait. CNA AND ROBERT CHAMBERLAIN BOTH UNPROFESSTIONAL. PLEASE STOP OVER BOOKING YOUR PATIENT LOAD. CHAMBERLAIN GOT INTO AN ARGUMENT WITH AN 83 YEAR OLD MAN REGARDING HIS PARAPLEGIC WIFE. WE LEFT WITHOUT TREATMENT. THIS UROLOGIST SHOULD BE ASHAMED. NO RESPECT OR SINCERITY REGARDING HIS PATIENT OVER HOW LONG THAT INDIVIDUAL IS TO WAIT. Rude and short with both parents! I took both of them out of the office! As a health care provider, I realized you run behind, and I speak with the person regarding my delay. Chamberlain... your credentials do not justify your behavior to another individual. First and last time for everything. I would not recommend this individual for a urologist.

Would rather remind his patient about being a Navy Academy graduate and comes from a family of Admirals. That wasn’t the reason for the appointment. Very unconcerning physician.

I've seen Dr. Chamberlain twice and received very limited information from him. I'm surprised because I've heard such positive things about him. Both times he appeared very unconcerned about me and my kidney pain. The second time I could not even get a call back from him or his staff and I had to call twice to get a note from the doctor on my record. It was one brief sentence. Can't he do better than that? It appears as though he just doesn't care.

Appears to be driven by a need to prove his worth to the urology group.......way too fast to recommend surgery. Not what most people would consider a thoughtful medical professional......can be abrasive if you don't agree with his views.
