I feel so lucky to have Dr Shayna Jones as my physician. Dr Jones performed surgery on me, and I was left with outstanding results. She really cares about her patients, and it shows, Whenever I have an appointment with Dr Jones, she always walks in the room with a smile and a great attitude! Her attitude must be infectious because her staff is always pleasant too. Dr Jones really takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. Lastly, Dr Jones is always on-time, and I'm never left in the room waiting for very long. I appreciate that. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. Thank you Dr Shayna Jones.

Wow to see this name pop up while looking for a new gyn because mine passed away. I had Dr. Shayna Jones 2011~2012 she was very nice during my prenatal care but after i had a incision issue and serious pain after my ce section she folded on me. I seen her one time and she said I was fine after that visit. I drained and drained called her again asking why my incision is draining she never responded. I faxed a letter to her office she never responded. I then went back to my original gyn and he fixed my incision and it was a infection. My gyn do not deliver babies thats why I went to her in the first place what a terrible experience. I could’ve sued her she lucky I had too much going on in my life at that time but karma don’t forget anything. Don’t trust just anybody with your life cause I could’ve died from her negligence. If surgery is done and something go wrong she won’t be of any help I couldn’t believe her

If you have an hour to wait. This may be worth it. But two years in a row, I had the long wait and I met with the PA. Today I was met 59 minutes late. Had to reschedule the mammogram, which they had booked for me. I have a great PA w/ my GP who I can see, on time.
