Treated me HORRIBLE!!! First off my appointment was at 9:45 and I wasn't seen until 11:00. I guess only their time is important. The doctor also was lying to me and was extremely insulting. I have been dealing with pain management places for a long time and no place has ever even come close to treating me this way.

Doc Bradley and his staff have help me retain and keep my recovery. I love a better life and it's very easy to get help and a second chance on life that is of quality.. So you can be a better you. I've been an addict for 17 years and besides healing transitions this institution and the staff especially doc Bradley and counselor Jason along with his staff I send my thanks!

The Staff (nurses) at Solas Health pinehurst location are very rude and speak to you in a demeaning tone. I was belittled and felt as if I was being a bother to them when they are suppose to be there to help. Would not recommend.

Sometimes the front desk should take time to believe what people have to say instead of assuming that we’re like every other patient trying to get out of making payments this is the reason for my two star rating. I went into cobra coverage after retiring from my business and had some time with my hyphenated name processing through the Blue Cross Blue Shield young lady at the front desk wanted to reschedule had nothing to say because I couldn’t make the payment that she wanted of almost $400 when I didn’t have to make the payment. My co-pay is only $70 after asking for the office manager I address the rudeness of the front office and I also addressed the issue of my billing come to find out my insurance is active as I stated and it was only a $70 co-pay saving myself almost $350 today. Now this is a pain management clinic they should listen and work with their clients because everybody is different not everybody has excuses. Instead of having to ask for office management help in order to get what needed to take care of when I walked in the door. Very discouraged with us front office and wish that somebody would do some training on how to handle patients as they’re coming through the door as individual cases.

Dr.Corrigan and Dr. Kim and his staff are awesome as well as Mr. Hicks. The new checkout person is not as friendly as the other gal. This one treats you like you’re bothering her if you ask a question. Doesn’t even offer to put you on a waiting list. They need another dr in there because it takes 3 months to get an appt for epidural.
