Moore regional has the best care in NC in my opinion. This week there labor and delivery whole department is the best thanks for caring for my partner and my new baby boy Kayden 💙💙💙💙
My 10 yr. grandson is in severe pain with a migraine has taken all the medicine he can take prescription wise and tell my daughter he has to wait 10hrs. Something is not right to sit there and make a child suffer.
So basically i come in today at the ER around 5:30 in the worst stomach pain of my life, i had been puking for 8 hours that day so i finally decided to go to my local ER. I described the pain i was in and they seemed really concerned at first...that did last long. I was SHIVERING...couldn't feel my hands or feet, I ask the receptionist for a blanket and she tells me "no" With no explanation. I finally left around 7:40 after I hadn't been seen that whole time.
We have been here in the ER for 5.25 hours in the lobby waiting to be seen. I have witnessed elderly people come in when I came in and they still have yet to been seen. No one has cleaned the ER lobby. This is absolutely the worst place EVER! These poor people have not had tue proper healthcare provided. We have informed the triage desk multiple times regarding my sisters condition as well as a very sick elderly lady but it falls on deaf ears. This is beyond acceptable.
Outpatient facility: During a visit to see a sick family member, checkin was required which was expected. What I did not expect was for an African-American family to be stopped and not a white family. If check-ins are required, then why were they not required to check in as well. No badges were on them nor did the receptionist stop them when she was questioned about letting them go through. I never thought I would have seen this happen, but it's sad to have witnessed this...SMH Every rule should apply to everyone and not just a select few.
Tonight I had a medical emergency and FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital failed me. (Raeford) I wanted to set fire to that building but I thank God for Jesus! I begged the lady at the counter to handle the issue and allow me to fill out paperwork during or after as I wasn’t the person that needed to be seen. Instead I was treated as if I was nothing and their was not an urgent matter I left there in tears I chose not be seen as the questions grew (didn’t pertain to why I was there) When people have emergencies that aren’t in the medical field what may not seem urgen to a professional might be life threatening to someone like me I hope someone sees this and not only deals with the check in lady but the staff as well as I voiced my complaint to a nurse who closed the door on me Btw my infant baby (4 months) was choking and couldn’t breathe showed clear signs of distress !
Yes I am in the health care field and I had to go to Moore Regional Hospital for emergency Appendectomy surgery June 18,2021 . And from the time I walked in the door when they greeted me and took my information and some of my vitals , they went ahead and took me back in a wheel chair . From the time I stepped into the hospital everyone was so nice and profesional . There was not one thing during my treatment and surgery l or stay there that I could complain about . I want to thank all the staff from the Intake staff , to the Cafeteria , Nurses , Imaging , Anesthesiologist , to the staff that pushed me around the hospital and especially to Dr. Willy Chu on the great experience I had during my stay there . Thank you all and God bless you all , and thanks for being a great example in our community of Professionalism and Compassion at the highest level .
We had excellent service at First Health Moore Hospital. The caring help all around really helped my Mom deal with and recover from her medical issues. Everything was explained well and she was comforted with their kindness. We will always be thankful. Special thanks to Shashana, Francis, Sydney, Teray, Lisa, Joe and many others.
since the hoke campus doesn't have their own page Dr. Ofosu will discharge you with more problems than you came in with. They do not have a doctor on campus at night for the inpatient side. They have to call a doctor who will refuse to treat you because they can't see you. Their charge nurse will care more about the telly box than if you're having an asthma attack and can't breathe. Their nursing supervisor Aj will make promises she can't keep. They will let you sit in pain for hours. No one is on the same page and tomorrow is their favorite word. They willing exposed a cancer patient to a covid positive patient. They lied about a transfer to a hospital with what I needed. They lied to my oncologist and never called him back though he continously called. I was released with swelling that I can't move, breathe, and have so much pain.
I went to the emergency room with my daughter tonight and to say the least I'm ticked! First the hand sanitizer machine is empty by the front door and several and I mean several patients are not wearing their mask. Now I could care less if you wear your mask to Walmart or the dollar store but to the hospital damn right I care! You people are hacking up a lung and complaining that you can't breathe and coughing out towards the general population so the rest of us are going to catch your funk. Totally not cool.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
