Process is slow getting started however I thought following the prompts to check in I could also cancel the same way. Apparently not so I called but couldn’t reach anyone which is frustrating.

Everyone was super kind and helpful throughout the whole process of scheduling, check-in, and our therapy appointment. Abby was wonderful and we look forward to continue working with her.

The providers who work here with the clients are phenomenal. My issue has been with the billing department who had a card on file and billed me for the entire cost of my child’s assessment without prior consent, instead of allowing me to pay in installments as previously discussed. The office pulled close to 1,000 dollars out of my account on a Saturday. When I called Monday to inquire about this being reversed (I explained my mortgage was coming out the same day) they told me I would have had to get in touch with someone the same day the payment came out. Because the payment came out on a Saturday and the office was closed, I was unable to get ahold of anyone in the office. The woman I spoke with was very rude and told me I had agreed to pay at a later time, and further told me I had been sent a bill and hadn’t yet made a payment. I had just received the bill (as it had not even been a month from the date of the assessment). Long story short, they pulled a substantial amount of money out of my acct without my knowledge or consent and refused to reverse the action. Although I would have liked to stay connected to these providers, I would feel unsafe, financially.

This office refused to send me documents regarding potential cost after several prior requests and then the staff was horribly condescending about cancelling my appointments. I just wanted to be sure I could budget for it beforehand. I could not believe how rude the woman spoke to me today. At this point I am glad to not have wasted our time or money here.

My daughter & I had a HORRIBLE experience with this facility & location. I would NOT recommend to ANYONE and I wish I could give them 0 stars, but that isn’t an option here. I can’t even begin to explain the MANY reasons why I will never step foot back in. If you have a loved one here, discharge them ASAP.

The speech therapists were phenomenal and if I could hire them privately I would. However, we had such a horrible experience with billing that we left and took our business elsewhere. I was told explicitly by their staff that after the 25th visit I would not have to do anything to get further coverage by Blue Cross and that they would submit the documents necessary to continue treatment. The staff and the therapist were aware of the 25th visit and I confirmed with them multiple times to ensure that everything was in order. I even called Blue Cross and the pediatrician to make sure that there wasn't anything I had to do as the parent to ensure continued coverage. The staff failed to submit the proper documents to Blue Cross after the 25th visit and didn't inform me that the visits were not covered until 2 months later. I received a call on a Monday saying that I have to pay about $500 before Friday (my son's next appointment) and that he can't return to therapy until the balance is paid. I called Blue Cross and they informed me that C&FD never submitted the documents necessary to extend coverage, and all they had to do is fax over medical records and more than likely Blue Cross would cover the treatment. C&FD insisted that they didn't do anything wrong, blamed it on me, demanded that I pay upfront for their mistake and that my children couldn't continue therapies until I had done so. They threatened to send to collections, even though for over a year we had been a paying, compliant, perfectly happy customer until this all happened. The billing department was horrible to me and my family, and even the representatives at Blue Cross said they've never encountered such nasty and unprofessional people. Highly unprofessional and unethical. We took our business to a company that can bill and submit documents properly without punishing children for their own clerical mistakes. Update: once they finally submitted the paperwork to Blue Cross, it was approved at 100%. They demanded and threatened that I pay upfront for something that was fully covered by insurance.

The staff was excellent to work with! They’re helpful, kind and it was easy to make an appointment.

Awesome company, very friendly staff. Very pleased with service!

My son has been a client of this place for years for a few different things. While I do find them to be pricey, I trust my child's therapists implicitly and I feel you would be hard pressed to find a better group of people.
