I would give him zero stars if allowed but hopefully he will see this a take a remedial lesson in humility empathyAs a former medical provider myself Ive been in the doctor environment for over 25 years and I was appalled by his lack of beside manner. Upon arrogantly walking into the exam room Dr. Holmes didnt make eye contact or offer a greeting but went straight to his desk and asked What am I seeing you for today? Um ok did you NOT read the several pages of info that I spent hours online filling out prior to my appointment?????Dr. Holmes has perfected the inability to connect or show any sign of compassion and was insulting to say the least. To top it off he kept saying that I seemed angry and recommended a book online that triggered my horrific childhood. Instead of trying to calm the situation he cowardly walked out and told the assistant that if I wanted to see him again to followup in four months.I was then released into the maze of Radiology and Laboratory to have the necessaryand unnecessarytests that he requested without my permission done. Do you think he called with my results? Nope and neither did his nurse. Needless to say I have been failed by yet another provider and will continue to advocate for answers to regain my health and life back.What a waste of time and resources

The absolute worst doctor I have ever seen. I have no comments on his competence I never made it past the first appointment due to his horrid bedside manner. Arrogant and emotionally abusive which was a shame as there are limited resources in the area especially for young mothers on a limited income.

I have to say Dr.Holmes is a really fantastic doctor who cares about his patientsand he takes his time and really does everything he can to help. Very knowledgeable and he really knows what is he doing.He has lots of patients but he always takes his time and listens to my concerns and answers my questions.

Absolutely love Dr. Holmes. He has discovered stuff wrong I didnt know He takes his time with you and makes sure you know what your expectations are. They may not be perfect but hopefully they may be better.

After years of chronic pain Dr. Holmes discovered that I had RA and started treatment. Within a few weeks the medications started relieving some of my pain. Dr. Holmes takes his time with his patients and is very thorough. He actually listens to you and includes how you feel about what he thinks is best for you.

I have have had 4 Rheumatologist during my RA experience. Dr. Holmes is absolutely the most welcoming friendly through one I have ever seen. He is simply the very best

Dr Holmes spent our time together staring at his laptop. I assumed he was looking at my lab work and leaned in to see. He was looking at the weather. On another visit he showed me pictures of a vehicle he had bought rather than discussing me or my concerns. Once in the 3.5 years that I have been seeing him he held out his hands in front of me. I seriously didn’t know why. So I said”what?” He wanted to see my hands. That was the first time he ever examined my hands even though I told him every visit that they were worse. He said to me “ wow I think you’re getting worse.” I couldn’t even speak. On another visit he discussed tropical parasites and rare diseases that though interesting had nothing to do with my diagnosis. I really can’t afford to keep paying and not get any better. I’ve gotten worse each year. I’m seeking help elsewhere.

Dr Robert Homes is very informative about his Profession. He knows what his patient needs to help them improve their quality of life. My Family is pleased w his treatment of Moms severe rheumatoid arthritis.

I love Dr. Holmes He has great bedside manners I was very impressed by his knowledge care and concern about my health Thinking about adding his wife to my team as well I think they would make a super great team in managing my care
