Maybe only 3 times in over 20 years I have be a patient there I wasn't able to see a Dr. On the day that I called for an appointment.I 've been seen by most of them at one or the other. If I am sick it doesn't matter who treats me. They are all qualified or they wouldn't be there. They often tell me if only most of our patients had your attitude about who treats them.

wonderful dental care. I have never experienced anyone being rude and they have been very professional> I've never had a dental visit where they reviewed my medications, allergies and medical history before, along with taking my vital signs. Piedmont dental was the first, and it happens every visit. I am also given written a plan of care after my evaluation, with estimates of total cost. The dentist was very polite, professional, and explained every thing was doing.She answered all my questions and did excellent teaching about oral care. Thank you all at piedmont health!

Worst medical establishment I’ve ever been to. Every person who works in the dental office, especially up front, is rude, disrespectful & clueless. Every time we’ve been up here the women at the reception desk have been rude to us, don’t know what they’re talking about. Took my brother in law here 6 months ago & he had cavities. They didn’t fill them & didn’t tell us! Took him 6 months later for his check up & they’re still there obviously. Asked if they would fill the cavities & the woman up front had to stop her conversation about going on vacation to tell us “oh we might fill one we might fill all of them I don’t know”. Took him today & they only filled one. Absolutely ridiculous. We are transferring his records immediately.

It says its open at 8am but when someone calles to make an appointment it states that their office is closed ????

Is this clinic open anymore? I have been trying for about 2 weeks to get my dad and appointment with no luck. I have left voice messages for the clinic manager and we have not heard anything.
