My initial visit and communication with them was pretty good but today a Friday morning I cant get through on the phone. I was placed on hold about three times waiting for nearly 30 minutes and still no assistance. Finally the answering machine came on and allowed me to leave a message....so lets see if they call back 🤔

No matter what type of sickness you have they will not help you unless you fork out a bunch of money. They won’t even answer a simple question about a medical condition or even give advice on what to do unless you physically go there and wait hours to be seen. No one seems to care at that facility Never will I attempt to go here.

Staff was friendly and aside from the wait the process to be seen was easy. On the phone checking in I stated that I thought I had a sinus infection and also needed to be seen for a possible eye infection. No test were done the PA went as quick as he could with what little exam I recieved. I was diagnosed with an eye infection and sinusitis. Then only recieved medication for my eye. Nothing for the sinus infection. After picking up my meds from the pharmacy and realizing it was all for the eye infection I contacted their office to see if I could be prescribed an antibiotic for the sinus infection. A reply took 24 hours. Apparently since my main complaint was my eye I didnt recieve treatment for my sinus issues and would have to be reseen for the antibiotics. No. I will take my business elsewhere where they treat all my complaints. Not just the main issue.
