Way better than cape fear Valley or as I say death valley

The nurses were very nice inside before and after surgery but the reception and nurses over the phone were very rude and unprofessional. I will never go there again. The directions on where to be were unclear, they charged me twice as much asThey originally told me and I am just overall unimpressed and feel very unsatisfied with the treatment and care I have received. I am not the type to write bad reviews but I should have just stayed in my home town to get my surgery done instead of driving an hour for less than mediocre care.

Is this the norm for Fayetteville/ Hook county? I'm a new yorker and this is a new kind of ignorance which I'm not used to. The front desk ladies are rude and unprofessional, gave me the run around when asking for a school note for my daughter. Had misleading signs in there office. With a smirk on her ulgy face the young receptionist had the nerve to say "what's the problem you don't know how to ask for a doctors note. She is lucky i had my daughter with me, never have I experienced some of the treatment since moving to this area last year. It's a story of unhappy people looking for company. Will not be taking my daughter back here. Even the doctor wasn't the best,not friendly or very helpful.
