10/10 I was so nervous about everything! And I mean everything down to the point. These ladies in here are some of the nicest people I’ve met, like even nicer than the nurses in hospitals. They answered all my questions and concerns and basically held my hand through it all. Doctor Daniels was amazing and also answered all my questions and concerns. I wish I knew all the nurses names that help me, but I believe the only one that told me her name was secret? And she was the nurse that helped me after my procedure. But overall They made me feel so welcome and so understanding ❤️

I definitely recommend this clinic. I was so scared but I knew in my heart what I had to do. I had the procedure done at 12 weeks and I'm glad I went to this clinic they made me feel extremely comfortable and the whole staff was on point. Shala is top dawg she really made me feel safe from day one all the way untill the procedure. Secret was amazing at keeping me comfortable as well she had great conversation and did her job great as well. Cat was amazing helping shayla and the Dr during the procedure and Dr. Horridge did her thing during that procedure cuz I know I wasn't the easiest patient to deal with. I even go to chat with Lizzy and she was amazing as well making me feel comfortable before leaving. If you're scared it's okay it's part of life. If I can do it you can too ♥️

My experience here was far from terrible. The receptionist is very welcoming and knowledgeable. The staff is also kind and thoughtful . 10/10 I recommend!

This office is so personable! Im so glad I came. The first person I encountered was Telly and it was like talking to my friend. That is exactly what you need, ladies! No judgement zone here. They were so easy to talk with! I got taken back right away by the manager Shayla who sets the tone for the experience you are about to have (note: its best to be there first thing in the morning) and it is a very pleasant one. I was let to go back to the lobby to read the book on my phone, but couldnt help but chat with another lady that showed up and Telly at rhe desk. I was then taken back and I didnt get her name but you can tell she was there to make sure everything started smoothly. I recommend getting the anxiety meds bc youre already anxious up until the appointment. It will help you relax. The next ladies i encountered were Lizzy and Tinika. I literally sat there and talked with them about any and everything that came to mind. Lizzy was so sweet she kept the conversation going by quizzing you and being genuinely curious about you. I then got called by Secret who will be like the best friend you have while you are in the procedure room. She helps you to remember to breathe and she will even hold your hand. It is a couple minutes of three women- the doctor, secret (coaching you), and tinika (observing the process to ensure it is smooth) that care completely about your well being and experience. The doctor talks you through the entire process like youre a little delicate flower. Secret and tinika are angels. The whole staff is. There is very minimal bleeding and for me (high pain tolerance) it was like a 2-3. Take the ibuprofen after though bc your body will be experiencing something very quickly and trying to adjust so it will be calming and reduce any swelling inside. Anyway, we sat and watched everybody hates chris and chatted with the girls that were going after me to let them know there is nothing to worry about they are in good hands. I am blown away and I wish they offered other services because the entire team has been hand selected perfectly and works together really well. All staff members are knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process. Thank you for handling your patients with care. It means a lot! I would also like the option to read a book while I wait. Not complaining just saying lol some of us are nerds. Side note: I didn’t know the protesting was that bad, but live your life on your terms. God said anyone without sin cast the first stone. Most of those people protesting and judging are not without sin and will have to answer to him one day about the judgements they casted on other people. Playing the role of God will never end well for the wicked. Anyway, if you dont believe cool that only make them feel stupid bc they have nothing else to say or judge you with. Just food for thought.

I Had a great experience. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I never felt uncomfortable. Thanks to the ladies who worked there whole team was awesome 👏🏾.

Great staff, very professional and caring. The nurses Shayla, Tanika, and Secret all left memorable impressions. Dr. Daniels is the best!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars!! Nurse Nyia, Doctor Daniels & the receptionist's were very caring and very professional!!! I felt safe and confident in their care & presence!

I haven't gotten to the back yet but the two lovely ladies Telly at front desk, and shalia the manager were super nice and helpful. Definitely felt the friendly and welcoming vibe considering the circumstances.

Considering the circumstances, I had a very pleasant experience here. The staff were kind, compassionate, and full of warm smiles--especially the woman at the front desk. I was seen quickly, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. You can really tell they care about their patients and their comfort. Please dont go by other reviews, this really is a great place to go if you find the need!
