List of Access Physical Therapy & Wellness's Reviews
Alexandria , PT, is wonderful, was able to figure out a complex problem I was having with my arm and my neck, and was able to significantly reduce my neck pain and my shoulder pain is now gone. Great experience overall and would highly recommend her for anyone with needs for PT. She does manual work that really fixes the problem. A+++
She was a joy to work with. She will tell you I made remarkable progress with my rotary cuff issues (I actually did the exercises) and finished much earlier than expected. The whole grew was friendly and it was as pleasant experience as you can hope for with my pain.
I recently successfully completed knee replacement rehab with Alex! It was tough but she coached me thru it. I really enjoyed working with her. I was supposed to rehab at the physical therapy office associated with my surgeon but didn’t have a good experience with the therapist. I had used Access Physical Therapy before and contacted Jacob who is the manager. He gladly fixed me up with Alex and I started the next day. The office staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely return if I need physical therapy again.
I could not be happier with the way my therapy sessions are going for my lower back… The stretches and exercises that Angela and her team are giving me are really producing results… Highly recommend.
Alex is the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. She listens to your issues and works with you to improve your pain. She explains why you are doing a specific exercise and how it helps you. She encourages you to feel better. I highly recommend Alex for “relief” of pain. The staff at Access PT are professional and helpful.
Alexandra is an attentive and thorough clinician. She understands and incorporates realistic movement limitations of her older patients.
Alex is fantastic and did all the right things to rehab my 9 year old shoulder implant that became very painful. Thx Alex!
Everyone from the front desk to the amazing physical therapists are caring and professional. I highly recommend this group.
Alex Rine is tremendous. I came first for issues with my feet and she correctly diagnosed and treated them (with the help of a podiatrist) and I'm no longer in daily pain. I returned some weeks later with a shoulder issue. Again, her diagnosis was spot on and the treatment relieved 98% of the consistent pain. I appreciate her willingness to listen, patience in explaining treatment concepts and her wonderful sense of humor. That said, the ACCESS experience begins at the front desk. The staff know the names of all the patients and greet them each time they walk through the door.
Went to one appointment with Rachel Mollica a few years ago now and haven’t been able to forget the experience. She is not trauma informed and borderline traumatized me in the ways she touched me in our appointment assessment and really put me off of doing PT for a long, long time. She laughed at me and said we would be working together a long time, but not in a nice way. In a kind of mean, vindictive way. I understand she’s no longer with this practice, and good. But I did not find this practice to be very healing because of those reasons. It’s almost like she enjoyed my pain in the appointment and that really messed up my physical therapy healing journey I have desperately needed for years. Luckily now, I have a different PT practice I go to who is trauma informed and they’re great. Finally giving this review for the hire of an employee who prolonged someone’s healing journey far more than it should’ve been and hurt me rather than healed me and treated me like less of a person. Wherever she is, I hope she is treating patients with far more (or any) compassion than what I experienced.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
