my experience as a care giver at Aways Best, has been wonderful since I started with the company. The managing team is amazing. When I got hire they was sitting at the table chatting like a family at the dinner table telling jokes and introducing themself. The most amazing thing is I also got to meet the CEO Mr. Sanjay he was cool and down to earth. The managers are caring, compassionate, kind, loving, respectful, and listens to the concerns of the Aids .They shows there appreciation by giving us complements with bonus and awards. When my loved one needed assistance after a hip replacement I was unsure of where to turn. There are so many options out there. I called several places and never got a good feeling about any of them. Of course, I wanted someone I could trust who would be there to care for her like I would. As soon as I spoke to Sanjay, his demeanor and understanding put me at ease. I knew that my family member would be well taken care of during this time. Everyone on staff at Always Best Care was knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and supportive. Always best care has amazing caregivers as well as office staff. Sanjay is a pleasure to work with and the caregivers haven taken excellent care of my step mother. It is very hard to find good elder care like this. Highly recommend.

Our parents were in a place in their lives where we needed to relocate them from their beloved small town mountain home to Raleigh to be closer to extended family and better medical facilities for their care. This situation was heart wrenching for us as well as utter confusion, not knowing where to begin the process. We had investigated several assisted living residences in the area, but it wasn't until we were introduced to Sanjay Das that we found some solice in our decision of where to place our parents. Sanjay knew the area extremely well and had valuable information about all the assisted living residences as well as care homes, nursing homes, home health care and such.
