If I could save someone from wasting hard earned money, then please know there is no guarantee in this. I wasted $20,000 and after a few appointments, Dr. Phipps sent me to get a biopsy and there I learned my implanted hair wouldn't take. They rush you through the process with promises and don't deliver. If you do decide to go through it, go to a dermatologist first and have a biopsy done to see if your hair transant will keep which they don't tell you or offer for you to do first. Now I have a scar on the back of my head and I shave my head I get questions about my unsitely scar. Be happy/accepting with what you have and don't get conned. I spend some of time on social media trying to warn fellow humans and hope to raise awareness to others. They prey on our insecurities with selling the idea we will have full hair after it's all said and done but it's far from the truth. All I got I'm sure but your not a good candidate for hair transplant and that was it. It's all about money and never about doing right by their patients. Buyer beware.

Dr. Phipps and her team were amazing! I had my hair restoration procedure 3 days ago and I have had no issues with pain or swelling since. Dr. Phipps gave me a consultation before we started and explained everything in detail and what I should expect during the procedure and in the coming months. The procedure took close to 12 hours, but her technicians and staff were more than attentive to my needs and made sure I was happy with the results by the time I left! I hope I have the opportunity to recommend her to friends when their time comes 😂. If you’re struggling with your hair, don’t accept your fate!
