We had several care providers from Arosa over the course of about three weeks. All of them were loving, professional, and conscientious . This was a time of transition for our family as we found the right place for my mom following my father‘s death. We could not have asked for a better organization to help us through this. A special shout out to Kashina Dowdy who was our primary person and wonderful. Having the Arosa professionals at our house for several hours a day allowed me to take care of a lot of of the logistics I needed to in order to move forward. I would highly recommend them.

Would you know what to do if you were caring for an older adult during winter power outage or caught in a severe winter storm away from the home? Helen Bynum at the Arosa Raleigh,NC office provided her registered CNA’s with some amazing tools to assist in a winter crisis. Her teaching style, statistics, and valuable information, combined with humor set the tone for a great learning experience. I was surprised at how much I wasn’t aware of, and how much more I could do to prepare, provide, and protect my clients. No matter where she goes Helen Bynum is wonderful member of the Arosa team family!

We had the pleasure of having Oyetaye Saka as a caregiver for my husband after a very lengthy stay in hospital and rehab care centers. He gave us such kind and loving care. He was gentle and very pleasant which set us at ease. He didn't hesitant to help us with anything we requested and even suggested other things that he could do. I have already recommended him to several friends and will always be happy to do that in the future. Also, Arosa is a very easy company to work with and they really care for their patients well-being.

Before moving into an assisted living unit my spouse had to have in home health care. Using Arosa was a gift. From the first visit they stepped right in, were so professional and made difficult moments less awkward. We came to realize we should have had their help well before things got too much for us to handle. The caregivers made both of our days less stressful.
