Today I saw Dr. Gupta after I was told how great she was?? I agree with the negative reviews on here, it was a waste of my time seeing this doctor, I spent more time waiting for her than she had with me in the exam room. She doesnt answer questions, her answers were " I dont know" she doesnt know whether my dry eye issues were causing the discomfort? Her hand was on the door while I was talking to her. She has no bedside manners, she just didnt seem to care about her patient, I would not recommend her or this practice. Not a good experience at all!

My wife visited this Dr Bobbie Gupta for check up, She comes in took less than a minute to check the eyes and said everything looks good and leaves. When I asked her regarding the eye problem she replied "I don't know" and left. No patient care, I won't go back to her.

Spent very little time in the exam room with me. Didn't offer any comment about the pain in my right eye. Seemed to rehearse a speech about glaucoma and we will see you in 6 months. I will not continue in her lack of care and will not recommend her to any of my contempories.

She walked into the room and didn’t even introduce herself before giving me a firm lecture about my disease process and treatment routine prescribed by a previous provider using the words “bad medicine”. She never asked me a single question before immediately jumping onto her soapbox when walking into the room. I was floored. When she stood up to walk out I looked at her assistant and asked “who was that? Was that the doctor?” I couldn’t believe it. Worst bedside manner I have ever seen, and I have worked in healthcare for over 15 years!

She walked into the room lecturing me. I was so confused and shocked. When she finally finished her rant and left the room I turned to her assistant and asked “who was that?” She had never even introduced herself. My first visit will be the last. I would rather wait longer or drive further to see any other MD.

Very professional and highly skilled. About unanswered calls, I won't judge such a busy individual on that attribute alone. The best judgement should be results.

When I took my mom to her she was to arrange a consultation at Duke. When we went back for the 2nd visit and was told we had not received a referral her comment was “Oh (blank) must have forgotten. We left that visit again expecting to get the appointment at Duke. Called the office twice and left messages that were never returned.
