I would not recommend this doctor or Raleigh Orthopaedical Center. They totally screwed up the finances and caused me undue stress and time trying to get it all sorted out.Yesterday, when I came in to see PA Erin, the front desk brought to my attention I owed $335.76 and wanted payment. I told them the financials are under review as Dr. Vaughn was grossly overpaid, and the financial surgery office (Patricia) were sorting it out and applying the over payments accordingly to ROC and my anesthesiologist.Today, ROC PT called me to tell me they are cancelling my appoint until my account is settled.Patricia (financial contact at the ROC Surgery Center) called me this morning stating they are cutting checks next week, one of which was for $335.76. Apparently one department knows nothing about other departments and do not care about the individual, just collecting money.At this point I want nothing to do with ROC and will make sure everybody in my social network is aware of the unprofessional conduct. You have caused me extra stress and significant amount of time trying to resolve the issue Dr. Vaughn's office created.John
