We love Brookdale North Raleigh! We moved Mom and Dad there 5 years ago and daily my Dad thanks the Lord that they live in such a nice place. Great variety at meals, attentive, kind staff, lots of activities including regular concerts by first rate musicians. My parents are thriving at Brookdale and we couldn’t be happier.

I must share my Mothers experience staying in Brookdale Raleigh her move in date was October 31st of 2023 she was hospitalized in the beginning of December until her passing on January 12th 2024, she was moving closer to her family when she was hospitalized, so we put in her 30 date move day, she passed almost 2 weeks left in January and Jason said he would pro rate her because of the circumstances, it might not be their policy but this is what he told me so I took him for a man of his word, could of just been truthful and said no, also they tried to charge for February even though we put in a 30 day notice and she passed away 💔 terrible experience it's not good if you have you rent on autopay at Brookdale Raleigh and die...

Staff very courteous.. the front area is always nice and clean. I’ve been here a few times to notarize documents for the seniors that live here.

My mother loves living at Brookdale and I am very happy with the care and friendship provided by the management, staff and other residents!

It is very hard to believe some of these reviews. The people working here are nice, yes that is true. However I DO NOT recommend this place if you have diabetes or any other ailment that requires diet. They will NOT have a diet menu. Too many older people have health issues, especially diabetes. When the residents complain the answer is "if you want eat if not don't". WOW!!! People have dyeing suddenly at this place. Scary!

Kind caring staff. Beautiful outdoor grounds and landscaping. Good food. Lots of excellent events and activities. Easy transportation. Pets welcome. Located near stores, shopping, medical facilities. Friendly engaged social residents.

Hoping never have to change this but after almost a year, very happy with Brookdale North. My mother has a really nice apartment, compliments the food she gets; and a very friendly, courtious staff. She recently had heart surgery and having Doctors on Call plus PT & OT available on site has been huge. The indoor pool with water aerobics designed for seniors is a big plus as well.
