Great facility, toured with them for my parents and they made me feel very welcomed!

Beware of this facility. We have had so many issues with this facility and the care of our loved one, that we have moved out as quickly as we could!! If you see carpet and cloth covered chairs - just know that you will sit in feces and urine often and will always smell it! When you have people who do not have the personal care of themselves in charge of your loved one, you will see a low level of care that you will never have experienced before. When you ask about the state of your loved one, you will always be told that when you weren't there that day, they were much better!! I came everyday as I didnt trust them and even that didn't help!! When you notice that your loved ones clothes disappear and the staff says that is just the way it is... don't believe it!! We have moved to a beautiful new facility that is like going from Motel Six to Ritz Carlton! The price at Cadence was almost $12,000.00 a month and it is now $9,000.00 a month for better care, better food, and be staff!! Run do not walk away from this facility!!

I would give 10 stars. Lucy Blakley, Brandon Johnson and Andrea are like family as well as staff and Cadence of North Raleigh is home. I continue to be impressed with all aspects of Cadence. Wonderful staff, great food, lots of activities and mom loves it. Cadence has made the toughest decision for me less stressful, just knowing mom is safe and happy. Highly advise you to check the out.

With so many options to choose from, it generally boils down to your first impression.. Lucy Blakley, the Director of Community Relations for the north Raleigh location went above and beyond to make our decision easy. She made us feel very welcomed and knew right away this was going to be our choice. Keep up the good work.

I visited over 30 facilities in the area when I moved my mom up here from Myrtle Beach, SC. Cadence North Raleigh immediately felt like home. My mom, who has dementia, has been at Cadence North Raleigh for a year now. I continue to be impressed with the quality of care she receives daily. She is honestly the happiest I have ever seen her. She has made friends and attends activities daily. She absolutely loves the food there! The staff really cares and goes above and beyond to ensure she is well cared for and happy. I have also personally received a lot of care and support from staff members. Supporting a parent with dementia comes with a lot of challenges. I would highly recommend Cadence North Raleigh if you are searching for a wonderful caring community for yourself or loved one.

It was very difficult to make the decision to put mom in assisted living but so glad we did. The entire staff is very caring and friendly. I am so impressed at how the management team is readily available to help. My mom is adjusting nicely and loves the food and activities. I highly recommend Cadence North Raleigh to anyone seeking a home for their loved ones.

My mom moved in two months ago, and has been loving it. It was a bit of a struggle to convince her that Assisted Living would a good move, but as soon as she was here she saw the light immediately. She loves it ! The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is great, and the facility is kept up very nicely. I even get to bring my dog with me when I visit my mom! Highly recommended.

Cadence of North Raleigh has gone above and beyond for my mother-in-law since moving in a month ago and it seems to be a great fit for her. From the moment I met Lucy, she made me feel comfortable in my decision. Lucy, Brandon and Andrea have been fabulous, attentive and caring along with all other staff, and I highly recommend!

Lucy Blakley and her team at Cadence North Raleigh are superb! My mother has received the quality care she requires. This Cadence facility provides a peaceful surrounding with a responsive level of service to their senior residents. They also make sure to communicate on a regular basis with family members regarding the status of our loved ones.
