I have been treated very kind and respectful every time I come to see my Sister and the staff here sre wonderful !!!

The very day I came for rehab.Everyone had been so pleasant to the point that I am now becoming a resident and I love it.Its like a home away from home.I'm honor to make this my new home!

I got alot of help here wen I needed something they broke there backs to get it wen I needed to be heard they made sure I was ok and I was in Alot of pain so it ment the world to me and some of the staff where angles TONI , KAT,JUDY,GRAY,HAY AND MR BRANDON IM FOREVER GREATFUL THANK YOU! WE ALL NEED PEOPLE LIKE YOU IN A TIME OF NEED 😷😷😷🤕🤕🤕🤒🤧

I am very satisfied with my stay here. I have met a lot of lovely people. Playing Bingo and Tonk are my favorite. I have met 2 staff that I can depend on and consider them like my brothers. My roommate is awesome and a beautiful lady -inside and out. We have prayer every morning together with a ladies group -it's a great support.

My Dad Became ill (Unknown) and was Unable to Function for Himself Several Years Ago. His Health was Continually Declining. He was an Artist All of His Life. Within his Ancient Years of Career, He Painted Images on Huge Billboards as We as Many Other Talents Associated with Being an Artist (Now, We Have Computer Printed Graphics to Provide that Function). He Lost His Sight, Lost the Ability to Walk or Move Most of His Bodily Parts (Bedridden). However, He was Happy; Thanks to the Services of Capital Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Staffing that Oversaw His Care Until His Last Days. I Initially Place Him in This Facility a Few Years Ago So that He would Have a Comfortable Place to "Go to Glory" with The Almighty God/Jesus. I Feel Due to the Care He Received, He Lived in Comfort for as Long as He Did. I Recommend Capital Nursing & Rehabilitation Center to All Who has a Need for Nursing Services.

My mother-in-law has been a resident of Capital Nursing for a little over 2 months now. On behalf of her entire family, I would love to say, "we could not be more pleased" The staff is wonderful especially Benson. He is so attentive, kindhearted, and gentle with her. She has been in a few other nursing homes in the past 7 months, no other has compared to the care she has received. She has been upset and agitated at the other homes, but not Capital Nursing. I just want to say "Thank-You" to all the staff.

It is a great facility. Each and every staff member is fantastic. No complaints on anyone. I love it here.

Not sure how they did it, but they got my previous review taken down. If I could give this place zero stars I would. They “lost” hundreds of dollars of clothes and shoes, her bearing aids, glasses, you name it, besides items being clearly labeled and put in the proper place with labeled containers. We also left a laundry hamper that walked off. My favorite moment was sitting in my car in the lot listening to them talk about how difficult our family was because we asked for accountability for these items. Food is terrible, staff is miserable, we moved her as fast as possible. Don’t send your family here.

I am pleased with the care my family member is receiving at Capital Nursing & Rehabilitation. The administration is friendly and responsive to our concerns and needs. They have made great strides to improve the quality of patient care by weeding out less desirable staff and hiring better quality staff. The facility is in good condition and the staff handles maintenance request quickly. Most of the staff seems to genuinely have a heart for compassionate patient care and I appreciate the efforts they put into caring for my family member.

Absolutely awful facility! Avoid at all costs unless you are seeking to be mistreated, dehumanized, and without basic respect, care, and dignity. This environment does not promote healing as residents are living in fear for their most basic needs to be met. Families are left with anxiety over if their loved one is being properly treated. The generic responses from management leave much to be desired. If they truly want to make a change they would train their staff to have compassion, empathy, and respect for hurting people. Compassion fatigue is real and if the administration cannot see that and address it, this issue will never be resolved. Don’t waste your time pasting your generic response. Everything I need to say is posted. Check your STAFF!!!
