This business is well named - they truly care! They provided non-medical care services for our dad while he was in independent living and were always so helpful and professional. It became especially apparent during the time that we began needing to transition to a nursing home that this is a company that goes way above and beyond. They helped our dad in so many ways and gave us the additional information, support and context we needed to get our dad to the next phase of his life. They were communicative, empathetic, well-informed, patient and organized. We could not be more impressed or grateful. Special thanks to Colin, Mags and Desiree for always going the extra mile.

I have been using Caring Senior Service for my dad's medication reminders for quite some time. They have been awesome in ensuring he takes his medication consistently and making sure he is OK. If they ever feel something may be wrong they reach out to me to make me aware. I highly recommend them.

Caring Senior Services of Raleigh has provided in home care for my parents for the past several years, starting in the pandemic. In spite of difficulty to adequately staff his organization, which was an issue in every area of healthcare during that difficult time, Colin Searcy, the owner, found excellent caregivers for us. He stayed involved with the caregivers and my parents over these many years. He is accessible whenever we had a question or concern. Linda and Ernique both cared for my parents, and to say they are angels is an understatement. We are forever appreciative to them all.

My elderly aunt had been a resident of Independence Village at Olde Raleigh and had been using the services of Caring Senior Services. They have been a top agency who demonstrated compassion along with professionalism throughout her process of care. We always felt secure knowing she had been in their care.

My wife and I were looking for help with my Mother when she became ill and could no longer do day to day activities for herself without help. Caring Senior Service helped my family by making sure someone was there with her when we had to go to work and attend our children's activities. The folks of Caring Senior Service were caretakers for my mother from about December 2015 until she passed away in October 2016. We are incredibly grateful for the compassionate and responsible care that they provided. They were very flexible when the schedule had to suddenly change when my mother, who was a dialysis patient, needed to cancel or have an alternative schedule due to her doctor's appointments. Thank you to Danny, the owner, who takes personal interest in each patient and each of the staff members who worked to provide my mother's care.

I cannot say enough good things about Danny, Leslie and all the caregivers at Caring Senior Service. Our brother recently passed after struggling with brain cancer. As his needs changed, Danny and company changed with him. They had a challenging situation with our family being spread across the country and different folks coming in and out. They handled it with patience and compassion. The caregivers as well as Danny and Leslie themselves have been like family themselves for these past 6 months. I would trust them to care for anyone that I loved! Thank you all!
