Dr. Greer was patient about explaining my problem and the options I had to relieve pain. I appreciated the fact that he wrote down, in the exam room, all that I needed to know, as in what my problem was and my treatment options. I do recommend him.

Incorrect diagnosis about tendons and ligaments and sports injury. He does not seem to enjoy his job. He did not seem to care that the MRI I insisted getting showed his one year+ of diagnosis was incorrect. Only positive I can mention..... It's always very easy to get an appt to see him. I wonder why?

Dr. Greer misdiagnosed my son's fracture causing him to need surgery. I have been in a battle with him (and his insurance company that lied to me) for 2 1/2 years. We saw Dr. Greer and he said my sons' elbow must have popped out and to come back in 3 days. His rude nurse put an ace BANDAGE on his arm. 3 days later turns out it was fractured initially and now the bone is displaced and needs he needs to have surgery to pin it! If only he would have put a cast on it , all would be well. Instead we have a $2500 bill after insurance, my son has a crooked elbow with an incision scar and 2 pin hole scars. Imagine... your 6 year old falls and fractures his bone. The Dr. doesn't see the fracture so your child goes through surgery. When your little child wakes up he's full of morphine. He's in pain and you watch the nurse give him more morphine. Your insurance pays for most of it but you get a $2500 bill. All because of Dr. Greer. He recently moved from OSNC to Raleigh Orthapaedics. I found out by another Dr. at OSNC (who isn't willing to testify) that my son was his 7th mistake that year. So beware!!! Now I can't get an attorney because there's no money in it for them and the surgeon will only write a statement if I have an attorney. Our surgeon said there was a fracture in the first Xray. So we all know Dr. Greer is in the wrong, but he continues to hide behind the system.
