One of the best experiences of any medical facilities I've ever encountered. You are met with a friendly receptionist that makes you feel special. The nurse that calls you to the back also has a smile on her face and ask how you are, this is before asking you the medical questions that need to be answered. Dr. Watson always comes in to ask if you have any questions before the procedure. If I have questions they are answered. He makes you feel comfortable. He is very respectful and is consist in reassuring you. He keeps you abreast of each step making you aware of what to expect. I feel he has given me a better quality of life. By the way if I have not mentioned it the staff is the best front to back.
