I have spent too much time in various PT providers over the past 60 years. Epic is by far the best, not only due to their professionalism and competence but because they treat each patient as an individual and not with cookie cutter treatment They listen and adapt as your body responds to treatment.

Strongly recommend Epic PT - I went to the falls of neuse location and worked with Anna and Bailey for most of the time I was there and they were great. Good mix of differing approaches and exercises to help me rehab lower back and knee issues that popped up from exercise and weight training. Went from barely being able to bend over and tie my shoes to ramping up to full training with minimal occasional flare ups and have been going strong for 6 months post-PT. They are also great about working with your insurance!

Absolutely incredible experience at Epic Physical Therapy with Justin and Eric! After my surgery, I was worried about the long road to recovery, but thanks to their expertise, encouragement, and personalized care, I was back to normal in just four months. From day one, Justin and Eric were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive, pushing me just the right amount while making every session enjoyable. They took the time to explain each step of my recovery and tailored my treatment to ensure I made steady progress. The front desk staff also deserves a huge shoutout! They are friendly, professional, and always accommodating when it came to scheduling and answering any questions I had. Their positive energy made every visit even better. I can’t recommend Epic Physical Therapy enough. If you need dedicated, skilled, and compassionate therapists to guide you through recovery, this is the place to go! Clearly, this is a group of people with the necessary knowledge and understanding to do an incredibly good job. They have taken care of a number of professional sports figures as well as hurricanes. I am still feeling great today after rehabbing my shoulder and knee.

I can't stress enough how great of an experience it was coming here. I had never done any physical therapy before but Sam explained everything very well and was hands-on through the whole process. The environment is very friendly and I was back to normal in what felt like no time. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Epic by several neighbors and friends and they knew what they were talking about! Sam is great! Both he and Nick are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and funny! Sam has offered the best care and support you could ask for. I highly recommend Epic!

I had a great experience at EPIC Physical Therapy! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and its very relaxed and welcoming environment. I received excellent and effective therapy for my ailment from Jaime and Pat after being recommended to go there by my primary care doctor. I particularly liked how they go out of their way to understand your specific needs and implement a clear plan to achieve measurable goals and positive outcomes. I can highly recommend EPIC to anyone in need of physical therapy.
