First I want to say the care team staff is absolutely fantastic they bust their tails for the little money they get the court omgosh I love them RaShanda, Vincent Concetta and Laure are amazing they lost Monique in which they need to bring back, It’s nothing I haven’t asked them to handle and they handled it quick and fast I absolutely love them I always ask them do y’all live here as much as y’all here they truly care about the residents there and at the Village Darlena, Brain Jamie and Jessie omg they are absolutely amazing also and they marketing Director Jamica Brown omgosh fabulous always has a smile on her face greet and she knows her work I hate they lost the best nurse and ED, due to cooperate and one of the reasons is cooperate don’t care about the staff and how hard they work they want even give them a reasonable raise which is very sad, not Virginia who goes by ginger all us family members hates her like why is she there she knows absolutely nothing she use to be a damn apartment manager I heard her giving a tour and it was horrible she said yeah the front hall is for the fall risk resident yeah that’s a lie my wife is fall and she stays in the back get rid of her already she a dixie blonde who knows absolutely nothing about marketing Jamica needs a better assistant, she talks down about the staff at the court I have heard her do it myself it’s sad she not a team player at all, they got the residents sitting on C hall and I asked ginger well Virginia she said it’s just not a good look for the residents to be in the front and me and my boss Michele agreed that they should be on C hall, which is one of reasons why a residents family is taking her mom out the building not the care staff they are great it’s the cooperate and the rules we have heard they doing So overall care team staff is amazing will absolutely take care your mom or dad sister brother uncle aunt but they NEED MORE MONEY And poor village when it comes to their new rcc Cassandra she want even help them on the floor when they short staff everyone there already knew her poor work habits before she came definitely not a team player staff says
