In summary my experience ranged from frustrating to terrible. The irony is that while trying to provide direct feedback to the office, rather than here, I was transferred to the manager’s phone line where my call was terminated due to a full mailbox. My visit was amazing. From the time I walked in the office until I left, everyone was so cordial and professional. Dr. Wessels and his nurses were so friendly, professional and courteous. They made feel so comfortable and relaxed. My procedure was explained to me and it was much easier than I expected. Dr. Wessels was awesome. My procedure was complete with hardly any pain. Dr. Wessels and his nurse relaxed me so well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Wessels to my family and friends.
