This is an amazing community filled with love! From the staff to the residents and families. It is well maintained and renovated, the food has a nice variety and overall very good. There is also a lovely outside garden area and health services available on site if needed.

I've had a wonderful experience with The Gardens at Wakefield and have total peace of mind with the love and care projected by management! Management and staff really go the extra mile and truly treat residents like "family." I'm thankful for The Gardens at Wakefield!

I have a family member staying here & they love it! The grounds are beautiful, the staff is kind and helpful, and the food is outstanding. Couldn’t ask for a better set up for her!

The staff is friendly, and facilities are good. A couple things could use improvement: timeliness of repairs, food quality, and now a toilet paper shortage. With these items addressed, I'd give it 5 stars.

I have been at the Gardens at Wakefield for almost 4 years. I am so content here for many reasons. The staff is most accommodating. The residents are extremely friendly. The food is very good with at least three choices at each of the 3 meals. The servers are young people and pleasant. There are many activities available. Some are resident lead and even originate by a resident with management approval. This is a wonderful place to spend your later years.

I like my apartment and the staff. There are drawbacks from being on the bottom floor is the leaks from the floor above. The last one took about a week and a half to find the exact source. But we believe the source was detected and repairs have been accomplished. Food could be improved upon. Sometimes there’s too much salt in the soup and grits. We can always add salt but can’t take it out. One of our choices has been eliminated from the menu since new management took over.
