Griswold Home Care For Raleigh's Online Review Report Card

We were so thankful to have found Griswold Home Care. They helped us for over 2 years with daytime and nighttime care for my dad. We had many helpful caregivers but we especially appreciated Amani and Sarah, who diligently worked many hours in our home and showed genuine care for my dad and became a part of our family. The office staff and owner were fantastic to work with, addressing every aspect of their business professionally and pleasantly. They were easy to reach and I always had confidence that they would do everything possible to help us. Our experience with Griswold was so much better than other care companies we had used before. I definitely recommend using Griswold for your home care needs.

My mother and father recently moved back to North Carolina and hired Griswold home health and home care to help them with my father who is handicapped and my mother who is handicap as well care for my father’s needs. We had a helper by the name of Nanni Who seemed to have an attitude about doing her job with my mom. My father, not paying attention to her, not doing any of the task that she was paid to do such as cleaning up diapers, emptying trash, cans, and hanging up towels, did not notice that none of it was done while my mom on the other hand was doing all of the back up work one day my mom walks in the room and Noni is looking at my mom with a smirk on her face asking her if it’s OK if she watches television, my mom has a joke says as soon as you get your chores done this seem to have greatly offended her as she stormed into the bathroom with my mother and my mother asked her to take care of the things that needed to be done. She gathered all the trash put in the big plastic bag and slapped it down on the floor in front of my mom and told my mom to throw it away. My mom said that’s OK. Your services will not be needed here anymore at this point Nonie became combative, confrontational and taunting to my mother. Obviously, this child has no business being in the professional healthcare or home care industry is that she’s abusive to handicap and elderly people. This company should be ashamed of hiring somebody like this and this person should not be allowed to be out if I see that this woman comes within 120 yards in my parents house. I will press trespassing charges against them and file suit against this company. Beware of some of the children this company hires who do not care about your parents.

Great experience! Wyvonne and Valdean were both amazing caregivers for my mom. The company really worked with us around our schedules, and were very helpful.

Our family would like to that the wonderful, responsible staff at Griswold for the care and support during our sister’s illness. Katie who handled scheduling the caregivers was a please to work with. She is both caring and very responsive and always with a cheerful attitude. Kelsie was wonderful also! We had many caregivers but I want to give special recognition to Chanta, Marie and Sophia for their knowledge and skill and compassion displayed. Also Aubrey and Kaiya showed compassion and care and her. Thank you all!

Griswold did a great job helping with my mom. I needed mmediate, significant help and I got them set up and in place quickly. They were also very flexible working around my hectic work schedule... Highly recommended!

Griswold was exceptional in their response to our needs when we made the decision that we needed full time care for my father at home. The caregivers were all very knowledgeable and detailed in their caregiving. Veron was with us from the 2nd night he was at home and became like family to us. Her experience in end of life care and her knowledge and experience with Hospice was invaluable to my mother and our family as we navigated my dad’s care. Veron is compassionate and takes time to bond with her patients and their families. Phyllis is an experienced caregiver and her gentleness was a comfort to our family during this difficult time. We will recommend Griswold to others! Mark Moore and his administrative staff and caregivers are top knotch!

We had such an amazing experience with Griswold! We had switched from another company and it was night and day the difference. Griswold was reliable, communicative, and professional. Kaiya and Moriah provided excellent care for an elderly family member. Highly recommend these two ladies, we were so grateful for them!
