My loved one stayed there for 3 weeks and received bed sores. We saw bugs in her room daily and the food was horrible! Some of the nurses were great and some were horrible. The staff in the cafeteria sat around on their cell phones spewing profanity....At times the place stunk like fesus and you always heard sick patients coughing for days on end...until being hauled off in an ambulance. As if that wasnt bad enough she had a nice sweater stolen from one of the crew. In short go somewhere else all cost!

Always happy faces as soon as you walk through the door. The staff is amazing and you clearly see how happy the residents are. It’s difficult to be out of your home but Hillcrest makes the Residents feel at home !

I have been making several visits to Hillcrest Raleigh since I have a loved one in there at this time. everyone has been extremely friendly and very helpful. I needed to make arrangements for transportation to a dental appointment for my loved one outside of the facility and they were most accommodating and helpful with this issue. Whether I call or talk to someone in person I always finish being most satisfied with the outcome.

I was surprised. Compared to several rehab facilities I had to visit for my sister this year and found that your center is the very best. My brother will be there for several weeks and I hope his experience will go great for him and meet his needs as well.
