Very clean, and has the feel of home.
My dad and stepmom have been there for 2 months now and the staff has been great especially Latisha. Latisha has made this transition truly amazing. She has gone above a beyond a numerous amount of times which has been truly a blessing with me being in NY. Can't say enough about this place, but I'm truly grateful to you all!
My friend, Florence is doing well and enjoying her home away from home!
This is a lovely facility with many activities for the residents. Some even have their pets with them!
The people are very kind and caring. They always welcome family.
My parents moved in almost two years ago. They are pleased because of the care they received from Colin’s team; they love all the aides so much. Their apartment is big and nice. Wanda is very helpful and has always been able to help me with resources. Katrina is kind and great to chat with. All the front desk staff is top-notch. The PT, OT, and Speech services are excellent. My parents would love different food options due to their age. The courtyard is beautiful. It's conveniently located.
The location is great! The staff is very nice and residents are friendly and welcoming. However, the facility needs renovations from fresh paint to updated furnishings. The menu/food served needs better options that are suitable for an elderly population with dentures and/or dental problems and digestive concerns. It's a pleasant place just needs the above issued addressed as soon as possible and it will be top notch!
Enjoying speaking with Seniors. Very nice staff
The person at the front desk was very helpful and kind.
This is nothing more than a facility to house your senior family member. I am horrified by the experience I had living at this facility over three months ago. The building is beautiful and the food is quite good if that is all you care about. However the dining room manager regularly belittles the clients and even yells at them if they step out of line. The final straw for me was the need to go to the ED. This was because they keep the halls so hot I developed heat exhaustion while going back and forth to the laundry room. I was accosted the week before leaving (I had planned to give thirty days notice but forced to do otherwise) by the sales manager in the most unprofessional manner because I owed $200.00 for the month. Trust me this was not a lot of money. This person came blasting through my apartment door with at least one gentleman (I use this term loosely) and she was extremely belligerent and unprofessional. Rather than asking me or inviting me to meet with her in the office for a discussion it was a full on onslaught of my character and left me emotionally distraught. Two comments just made me shake my head as I was referred to as a free loader and then questioned how I could be fully disabled and drive. This in my opinion not only demonstrates her ignorance of disabilities but in some ways potential discrimination. At a minimum very low tolerance for folks who may be functioning at a slower pace. This is prevalent throughout. There are some wonderful employees that I enjoyed and I will miss them, but I believe my walker and I will find a much better fit elsewhere. Such a shame I was developing some nice friendships.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
