The complete process from start to finish was amazing. The entire staff was patient and answered all the questions with a smile. The facility was extremely clean. Dr. Porter was a miracle worker!! He explains the entire process as it’s happening. I would recommend him to anyone interested in this process.

I just called Dr. Porter office to get information about appointments and vision insurance, etc...Just doing a research to find a good eye doctor. The lady that answered the phone was rude and unfriendly, I guess that tells me what kind of service this office offers, even though the service provided was not what I needed. Maybe I was treated in such a way because I am from another country? Who knows... Thank you very much anyway. Sonia Matinata

This is first time working with Dr. Porter, and I’m giving him and his staff a solid 5 stars. He seems very knowledgeable, experienced, and sincere — he listens to patient concerns and responds assuredly. The staff (I’ve only met the gals) is top notch, on phone and in office. They seem quite skilled and patient. Very personable. I’m also impressed with the available equipment — up to date for sure. That office is an endless network of separate rooms and sitting areas, .....very comfortable. I left there far more confident than when I arrived!

Great experience

I had a complication from an irididotomy and if it wasn't for Dr. Porter's expertise about corneal tattooing, I wouldn't have known what was wrong. The dysphoptopsia was diagnosed by my doctor thanks to the help I got from Dr. Porter.

Office does not follow through well with getting prescriptions to pharmacy. Dysfunctional office.

Recently I had lasik surgery done on both eyes at Porter Ophthalmology. I was very impressed with Dr. Porter and his associates. I had been to two ophthalmologists before and felt just like a number. At Porter Ophthalmology they make you feel like family. The operation went well and everything was explained to me very clearly. It’s been a week and my eyes are better than they have ever been. I would highly recommend Dr. Porter!

I am thrilled with the treatment I have received from Dr. Porter, his care and concern about my Glaucoma and the two Cataract Surgeries that he performed. My vision was badly impaired due to the cataracts on both of my eyes and after these surgeries my vision is vastly improved, I no longer need glasses, my distance vision is amazing and the ability to read again without glasses too is fantastic,, additionally due to the stents in both eyes I no longer need eye drops anymore, Thank You !!!
