Dr. Meyers was awesome. He explained everything to me and suggested different things I can do before possibly having surgery on my foot. The staff was very nice as well

I liked Dr. Meyers just fine when I met him in Feb. 2022. The problem is, I have left several messages since, attempting to get my orthotics that were supposed to be ordered. I have yet to have one call returned. Its Aug 24, 2022. I was told 6 weeks, and it's been over 6 months with no contact from the staff. This is absolutely unacceptable. I plan to check with my insurance company next, to see if they've paid a claim for the orthotics. Extremely disappointed with the office staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone. ***Update*** After leaving this review over a month ago, I've still yet to be contacted by anyone at the office in reference to the review or my orthotics. Not an email, a phone call, a letter...nothing.

I was so impressed with Dr. Meyers. He is personable and made me very comfortable. He will be doing a lapiplaxy on my left foot soon. He also injected my arthritic feet. I am not good with needles but he made me feel at ease and it did not hurt at all. I am so happy I found a podiatrist doing such good with everything you can imagine to make you feel at ease and doing a great job. The whole staff was excellent also.

Dr. Meyers is a excellent doctor. He takes time to answer all your questions without rushing you in and out. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. I always look forward to my visit. He runs on time with very little waiting. The nurses are helpful and kind. The office staff are very professional. Everything seems to function very efficiently. The new Raleigh office is conveniently located, very clean with a comfortable waiting area. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Meyers is one of my favorite drs. He's so cheerful, it makes me feel happy just to hear his voice even before he comes into the examining rm. I appreciate his concern for his patients--especially me. He always tries whatever he can do to make me feel better. Sometimes it's a procedure like cortisone shots. Sometimes it's just listening to me. Also, Dr Meyers was open to my using an orthotist at EastPoint near my home. He was recommended by my PT.
