Juan A. Ortiz's Online Review Report Card

After researching with my insurance company which doctors are contracted with them and which are accepting new patients, I narrowed it down to three doctors after checking and reading google reviews. I then wrote in through their site about reconstruction after breast cancer. A girl from their office called and first said they weren't accepting any new patients. When I said it's indicated they are, she said they're no longer accepting insurance. Interesting.

I was recommended dr Ortiz my a colleague, and I was not disappointed! From heather to Leah to Lauren to dr Ortiz and all those in between, were AMAZING! I felt heard, I didn't feel rushed, I felt that dr Ortiz took his time to be approachable, honest, and patient with me. Lauren has been reachable and easy to talk to. Scheduling was too easy, payment was fair and I felt the complete experience was well worth the 1.5 hour drive! The staff hands down was the part that helped seal the deal! (Being a nurse, the "behind the scenes" is sooooo important in my decision for where I go for my care) My results are amazing and I'm only a week out of surgery, I cannot wait to see what the future looks like! And I will definitely be referring everyone to dr Ortiz! And any and all my future plastic surgery will ONLY be done by this staff!! And I got a thank you card from the staff for choosing them!

Very courteous, detail-oriented and skilled in his procedures

As physician, I'm personally researched and chose Dr Ortiz for my procedure. Hands down the best. I highly, highly recommend! A physician's physician.

I had 2 cosmetic surgeries in 2018 performed by Dr. Ortiz at Triangle Plastic Surgery Associates, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the results! It can feel very vulnerable going to the doctor, even (especially?) for cosmetic reasons, but I felt comfortable and respected from start to finish. I felt minimal pain and no complications after both surgeries. Overall, a very positive experience and I feel great! I highly recommend Dr. Ortiz and his whole team!

I went in for a breast reduction and advised to reduce my breast as small as possible. I came out with the same size breast, I was given a lift. I continue to wear the same size bra and still have some of the same complaints that made me want to have a reductions. I was charged for services that were not performed on the initial surgery and had to have a second surgery, but the breast were still not reduced. I am very unhappy, I sill have large breast and I paid out of pocket for the services. Deb F.

This man botched me! What should have been an easy Procedure turned in a 5 surgery nightmare with horrible results. Medical negligence. Please go elsewhere.

Stay away! Medical malpractice and neglect

Dr. Juan Ortiz (my nickname:!Superman) is a phenomenal PhD. He listened to my medical issues and he resolved; immediately. I truly adore and have Full Faith in Dr. Ortiz. I recommend him personally to the world. He’s a very humble, kind and earnest man. Thank you and your team of professionals, including Necolle because she was the reasoning behind give my faith in you because I was afraid but she has a calming Holy Ghost spirit that eased my soul, so thank you all.
