Julia Warren Ulanch's Online Review Report Card

I have had a good experience with Dr. Julia Warren-Ulanch. She is always polite and helpful. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions and is always understanding. I'm thannkful to have her as my doc.

I just relocated to the Triangle area and had to search for a new endocrinologist. I came across Dr. Warren-Ulanch during my search and decided to book an appointment. I'm extremely glad I did. Dr. Warren took the time to listen to me, discuss my condition and medical history and find the best approach forward as I tackle my diabetes head on. I am looking forward to the changes we are implementing in my treatment as I have already seen positive results of actions I have taken the past several months and hope to continue improving with Dr. Warren's guidance and assistance.

Dr. Warren-Ulanch has definitely been patient and kind towards me and on point when I needed to understand the seriousness & urgency in getting & keeping my daily blood glucose & A1C numbers low. She also interprets & explains my lab work and how blood sugars affect my body and my future use of insulin on my body which I truly appreciate. She's a great endocrinologist.

She is an excellent physician and specialist. Very knowledgeable and personable.

I have been seeing Dr. Warren-Ulanch for 10 years now for reoccurring thyroid cancer. She is phenomenal. During appointments she spends so much time getting my recent health history, listening to my worries and even asking about other aspects of my life. She treats me like a person and never makes my appointments feel rushed. She listens with concern and takes measures to make sure I am healthy. She is also meticulous about details and I am confident in her care.

Incredible service! The drug I relied on was recalled and she led me through an incredibly scary health time in life. Compassionate, willing to listen, and knows her stuff!

Often lacking proper communication, she wouldn't listen to all of my symptoms before forcing the discussion to move on. Once she came up with the next steps to take, my questions about them were often left unanswered as the appointment would be rushed to an end.

I love this practice. We've been seeing Dr. Warren-Ulanch and her team for YEARS now. All of the PA's are very kind and considerate as well as the office staff, nurses and the phlebotomist. I think the phlebotomist is especially skilled as she is able to get blood from my daughter regularly, easily and without issues (pain) with my daughter who is cognitively impaired. We've never had to wait very long to get back to the office but sometimes there is a little wait in the room. It has never been ridiculously long. The patient portal is especially helpful in communicating with the Doctors. Very effective, efficient and kind and caring practice. Wont be leaving anytime soon!

I am a current patient of Dr.Warren, she's just an ok person. I think she is wishy-washy, sometimes when I see her she's really nice other times she is just rude and seems cold to the bone, I much rather see my PA and one of the PA's there Candy Stringer. Candy is amazing and sometimes when I've had appointments with Dr.Warren I ended up seeing Candy instead of her! For the most part, the staff up front is really nice, however, when I go in to have my blood drawn the lab tech there is not really friendly at all! She will only ask you to confirm your date of birth, address and tell you to squeeze your fist tightly, then let go and finally hold down on the cloth before the band-aid. In all honesty, the only reason I still go there is because of Candy!
