Kirk E Woelffer's Online Review Report Card

I've always had foot pain as long as I can remember, just like my Dad. I saw at least four orthopedic doctors around Clayton before I found Dr. Kirk Woelffer in Raleigh. It was a long drive but well worth it. He was the only Dr. that was able to diagnose and permanently FIX the severe pain I had in my sesamoid joint. Thank you Dr. Kirk!

Do yourself a favor and go see an Orthopedic. I wish I did right when my pain started.. Very disappointed with Dr. Woelffer. I kept going back for the same issue for more than two and a half months. The doctor wouldn’t spend more than 5 to 10 min with me tops. Mostly joking non-stop and selling me something that turned out to be not helpful in my specific case in any way and charging my insurance hundreds and hundreds of dollars for it. In the beginning I was super patient until I realized that the patient’s best interest does not play a big part in the equation and that it is basically a products’ selling business rather than anything else. I had to repeatedly ask to get an MRI which he finally listened and ordered one. He was still unable to help with resolving my issue even after that MRI result was out. I ended up taking the CD to an Orthopedic who was able to figure it out and put me in the right cast that was also much much cheaper by far from the useless one Dr Woelffer sold me only one week before the MRI took place and that I ended up putting in the trash a couple of weeks after!!! I started feeling better literally less than 3 days afterwards. As I said do yourself a favor and go elsewhere…

I was in pretty intense pain when I went to see Dr Woelffer- I began the appointment by asking repeatedly for him to just chop my toes off for relief. He listened, examined me and then spoke with me until I understood what was happening, how he would fix it, what my follow up care would look like- AND he assured me I would be pain free within days- and he was right!!! I absolutely recommend him and his staff. Wonderful experience.

Very Disappointing visit with Dr. Woelffer. After his many years of experience I expected so much more professionalism. He lacked the ability to listen, was condescending, was eager to leave the exam room seconds after he walked. He had no interest in learning what all the concerns were and left the room. His rudeness was excessive.

Dr. Woelffer and his staff are so amazingly nice!!! Dr. Woelffer's bedside manner is the best EVER!!!! He has been nothing but caring, attentive, and uplifting since my first day of meeting him and throughout my whole healing process! His personality is AWESOME AWESOME and even more AWESOME!!! His knowledge and professionalism gave me much comfort in knowing I was in good hands along with his quick wit of knowing how to make me smile on every visit. If you're looking for a great podiatrist, he should definitely to be considered!

Dr Woelffer did a terrific job caring for my wife before during and with three post-op visits regarding foot surgery. Very caring and forthright about the whole process. Thank you!

I'm happy to say that I had a very good experience with Dr. Woelffer and his assistant Bhavya. They were informative and helpful. I hope that everything continues to go well.

Doesn’t listen comes in spend a few minutes says a bunch of stuff to try but doesn’t actually listen to anything said to him and feels like he’s just a salesman not a doctor

I called to make an appointment and was quickly told that my insurance was not in-network and shooed off the phone. My insurance doesn't utilize a network and I should be able to see any physician. Thanks for denying me care because I utilize a smaller insurance company and work for a small business. Considering the receptionist didn't ask amy questions about my condition or suggest any alternatives, I'm sure she was mostly upset that the phone rang and that she might have to do 5 minutes of work.
