Was offered extern there and when I walked in their faces was like they seen a ghost. Ms. Nuzum was very unprofessional and her staff doesn’t have a clue. I recommend no one extern at this site. You will be very disappointed. Not worth your time!!!!

I called to set up an appointment and the phone was answered i could hear laughing and it immediately hung up. I called back and no one answered the phone. I called a few days later and left a voicemail and no one has called me back

Long Term ClientI have been a patient here for quite some time.The office manager and front desk worker really came through for me today. I REALLY appreciate their support. I will continue on my jouney into the new year. I feel I will be successful with their support.

It works, just haven’t felt valued as a client. The journey has been MINE alone. Medi-Weightloss has not been as supportive as they could-and should-be. But the business model is based on number of billable clients. So if they can’t fit me in, no biggie, they’ll get enough clients in to make their profit. Seemingly all that matters. Today’s visit highlights: *Waited almost 10 minutes after appt time to be seen *Lost 60.6 total pounds. No biggie...JUST HIT MY SECOND 30 POUND WEIGHT GOAL. Thanks for mentioning (not) *Didn’t bother waiting for nutritional counseling...already late & needed to get to work *Out of product (Inner Balance) *Not 1 roll of toilet paper. NONE. (Things happen, but just shows how lousy place is being run.) I see a deterioration in service since I started in February 2019.

I have gone here for quite some time. I loss weight initially but then put some it back on. I have a hectic life as a busy professional. They want you to abide by guidelines but they don't respect you as a client/customer. I liked the program but I don't think their practices will allow me to stay with this business. It wasn't always like this something changed...CUSTOMER NO SERVICE!

Don’t think this place is for us. Do your research before going. The staff is not professional at all and very hard to schedule an appointment that works for you. It took us three weeks to schedule an appointment we finally were able to go in and did not get a good feeling about the staff ( rude, felt rushed and did not feel wanted)that was there scheduled the appointment for the following week and canceled. Like I said do your research go in get a feeling of the staff for yourself. Very difficult to schedule an appointment that works for you. They don’t make it easy. Looking for somewhere else.
