I had to have another foot surgery, and found that my former podiatrist had retired. Being a long time Raleigh Orthopedic patient, I decided to look for a foot surgeon through them. I found Dr. Casale and am so delighted with my experience in working with him and his staff...Not to mention, that I am very happy with the surgery he performed on me. His bedside manner is wonderful, and he explains things thoroughly so that you can make the best decision about your condition. I never had to wait long at all, and he is very personable. I highly recommend him!

Casale well did and great job with my ankle injury it was broken he explained everything to me got me in right away always on time with my doctor visit listen to you very concern and he called me say after surgery to check up on me . Scars look good I highly suggest Dr Casale .

Dr. Casale offered me the choice between a surgical or non-surgical procedure. He explained the pros and cons of both procedures. I opted for the the non-surgical procedure. Cheaper and less risky. 5 months later, I am back to doing all my normal stuff. Dr. Casale, is competent, experienced and professional. He is also kind, compassionate and caring. He is available in Holly Springs and in Raleigh. I would absolutely recommend him to any prospective patients.
