MIchael Zenn's Online Review Report Card

My experiences with Dr. Zenn and his wonderful team merit 10 Stars. It started with Cindy and Lisa making me feel like I was so welcome. Everyone in the office is so personable. They shared their own stories and any apprehension melted away. It is so very clear how much much respect they have for Dr. Zenn and how well they get along as a team; one would think they were all related. Dr. Zenn took time to answer my questions, I didn't have many because I watched his videos can on Instagram before meeting him and many of my concerns were addressed there, and I never felt rushed. I booked my surgery immediately after m consultation. My results are beyond my wildest expectations. If you are looking for plastic surgeon; a real one with proven experience, a great disposition and bedside manner; then you will be doing yourself a disservice if you don't at least get a consultation with Dr. Zenn. I left my final follow up to my abdominoplasty today and had literal tears in my eyes thinking about

Dr Zenn did my breasts reconstruction following my cancer surgery at Duke. He is THE BEST! He and Joanne were so patient & understanding. They explained everything to my husband & daughter that would be taking place & Dr Zenn explained what would have to be done following my surgery. For personable office staff!! I do miss seeing him on my return follow up visits at Duke! We wish him well in his practice on his own!!

There will never be enough space to express how grateful and happy I am with my treatment with Dr. Zenn. We are so lucky to have someone of his experience and skill in this area. Not only is he the best in the business - he and his team go above and beyond before, during and after surgery. Every person I encountered during my experience told me how lucky I was and how much better Dr. Zenn’s patients did compared to others they knew. I felt cared for and supported throughout my journey - really, like part of a family. It was beyond anything I could have dreamed of. I’m so immensely grateful.

Dr. Zenn performed a double breast reconstruction two weeks post mastectomy. The procedure is unlike any other, non-invasive (no muscles are cut) and the recovery time was fast and uncomplicated. Recommended to me by my cancer clinic, he provided me with contacts of patients who had the same operation. All were enthusiastic both about their results and about him personally. His "bedside manner" put me at ease, all questions were promptly answered. Staff is informed and polite. Highly recommend!

Dr. Zenn beautifully tightened a loose lower eyelid from years of allergies; knitted together center ab muscles; removed belly fat; eliminated a vertical scar from cyst-removal surgery; & created a slim, tight abdomen that showcases my core workouts!

Thanks to Dr. Zenn's surgical artistry, this 50 year-old teacher now has bikini-beautiful abs & pretty-perky eyes that match my athletic lifestyle & reflect my peppy personality! Not only has Dr. Zenn beautifully tightened a loose lower eyelid resulting from decades of severe allergies/itchy eyes, he also performed a miraculous abdominoplasty that removed a large vertical scar below my belly button—left after cyst removal decades ago. I wanted to turn back the clock just a bit but was scared to try a facelift for fear of looking unnatural. I decided to have it done by Dr Michael Zenn and could not be more pleased. I had the surgery done by Dr Zenn for 4 reasons. 1)-credentials and expertise 2)-past work on facial cancer scars 3)-he and his staff are attentive and available and 4)-his "natural look" perspective was what I was looking for.

Two-Dr Zenn had done a beautiful job on closing facial surgeries I had due to skin cancers. His artistic perspective shows in his attention to detail Three-Dr Zenn and his staff are accessible and welcoming. They were available pre and post surgery to address questions as they came up for me. Dr Zenn’s bedside manner is calm and reassuring- not at all distant or contrived. And four- I was comfortable with Dr Zenn’s natural approach to plastic surgery. I did not want to look different but wanted a more youthful version of me. Dr Zenn delivered the result I was hoping for and I would highly recommend him to someone searching for the right match in a plastic surgeon.

My experience with Dr. Zenn was exceptionally fantastic. I was unsure of what to expect but his professional manner, willingness to listen and completely answer my questions, established a trust and ease so we could move forward. I was not just "another" patient. The medical care he gave me before, during and after my surgery made my medical experience a non-issue rather than a depressing and fearful encounter.
