I have no doubt Dr. Roughton is skilled and compassionate. Her office staff at Amelia Aesthetic are not. They are hostile and officious. They know very little about the medical conditions or past procedures that some have experienced before contacting her practice. Dr. Roughton and potential patients deserve better.

This was the WORST experience I've had. All she and her team wanted to do was perform an unnecessary surgery when all I needed was steroids.... If I hadn't advocated for myself. I would have lost my breast...

I would highly recommend Dr. Roughton and her staff, this includes not only her office staff but also her surgical staff. All were very professional, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable during office visits and the day of surgery.
