So I worked at one of their facilities for 3 months and there was plenty of things wrong that they hid from corporate and when I tried to find a phone number I never could so I resorted to this! Sign on bonus was non existent, pay was terrible for the fact I had to do all activities of daily living PLUS laundry sweeping mopping folding cleaning up rooms? I am not a housekeeper I was a PCA and they do not listen to availability if you have school oh well best still be at work on time! Scheduled my on call when I was out of town which is common sense not to do that if i requested the week off? I could go on but please keep a better eye on your facilities!!!
Worst company ever and they have no corporate # to contact someone and complain. The staff at Richland almost killed my aunty don’t put your loved ones at none of there locations
Dear Navion Management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the conduct of your staff at the Richland Square facility in Greensboro. The behavior and practices we have encountered are completely unacceptable and reflect poorly on your organization's reputation. Firstly, your facility's refusal to pay contractors is a serious matter. This demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect for business agreements. Furthermore, attempting to address this issue has been nearly impossible due to the absence of a direct corporate contact number. This lack of accessibility raises concerns about your organization's transparency and accountability. When we attempted to resolve this matter with the on-site manager, her behavior was shockingly unprofessional. She was rude, disrespectful, and ultimately hung up the phone during our discussion. This level of customer service is entirely unacceptable and only compounds the frustration and disappointment in dealing with your organization. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to report Navion to the Better Business Bureau and the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors. This behavior will not be tolerated, and we will take all necessary actions to hold your organization accountable. I demand that someone from your corporate office contact us immediately to address this matter and provide a resolution. Failure to do so will result in further action without hesitation.
Their policy from the get go was “see something, say something” i did. I loved what I did, I miss my people everyday, they could have put me on light duty, but obviously my honesty was a problem. I cared too much I guess. Please research each place you’re considering, just because they’re nice in the initial walk through and sounds so “lovely” . Look at the employees that actually take care of your loved ones.. their expressions say more than a scripted walk through.
My mother was at the same facility when it was spring arbor everything was good. When dad reached the time in life to need help we chose to go to the same location but a different owner. What a joke. The people that care for the residence seemed like they didn't want to keep them around. The cost of the facility is ridiculous. The level of care they charge and the family has to stay on them to get things done. Most all of the girls that take care of the residence especially the med techs do a really good job. The RN incharge is overbearing and puts her job off on other people. The director talks out both sides of his mouth. Tried to respond to corporate can't get a reply. Seems like once they get you in then they don't care. All I can say is people be careful when choosing a place for your loved one.
The facility through Navion my mom goes to is absolutely FILTHY DISGUSTING! And cannot contact ANYONE concerning the issues. Reported to the State on Monday!! Feces on every piece of furniture. Must stand to visit your loved one!
Unfortunately the list is long as to why I wouldn’t recommend Navion. I have asked numerous times in numerous ways to have a discussion with directors and get no response so I am led to believe that they really don’t care. No point in going in to our personal experiences… in general I would say, do your research, visit lots of places, check reviews and hope you get the care and service you pay for because for my family, Navion has been disappointing. Their recent social media advertising prompted me to finally publicly say something because sadly, it is anything but truthful
Good afternoon, I am a family member for a resident who is currently at Carolina Reserve of Durham on the MC unit. I am very disappointed in the low level of care these residents receive, from barely any wash cloths to being severely understaffed. How can a MC unit operate with just one worker? Most days it’s just the med tech on the unit juggling med pass, resident care, supervising residents and doing the meals also. This is affecting the care that these residents are receiving and also overworking the staff. Everytime I come by to visit my dad the residents are walking around soiled and smelling atrocious. I cant even be mad at the one or two workers who are left back there to battle all of this, they really do try and I appreciate them for this. The upperheads need to realize that management doesn’t mean to just sit in your office while your entire facility is understaffed, it means you pull your socks up and help out as a team! It is also so shocking to see that while the one staff member is drowning on the MC unit, the DCS Sharon Rodgers and ED Garrett Jones never come on the unit to offer any assistance, they sit in their offices and wont offer any help. I’ve never seen this is in my life, you would think that the management of the facility would prioritize resident care firstly. They are currently using an agency due to low staff numbers and still cant schedule agency works before hand. This is ridiculous, my father has been here for a while now and this the worst I’ve ever seen of Carolina Reserve of Durham, this place is depreciating. I’m hoping there is something that can be done, we the family members of the current residents deserve to know that our loved ones are receiving the best care. I just want to see better for carolina reserve of durham because this is home for my dad and I would hate to have to relocate him. Please, I’m hoping and praying that corporate can be of some assistance
I think they have a problem with management. My mother was there for a couple of years and the revolving door was an issue. And, they were horrible during the pandemic. Also, they never responded to me for a conversation. When youpre paying $7000 a month you'd think they'd respond to you
Grossly understaffed at Carolina Reserve Hendersonville for memory care. A head nurse who spends more time sitting in front of her computer. Very minimal experience on the floor assisting memory care residents and unwilling to offer her own time when 1 caretaker is trying to care for 19 assisted living residents through supper, pre bed prep and getting the residents down for the night. I moved my wife here thinking it would be a better place for her now I am having strong second thoughts. Service definitely does not equate to the cost!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
