My parents are at the Hilton Head facility. I wish that I could say something positive about this organization but it seems that there are disappointments on a weekly basis.It seems that the first answer to most questions is NO and the management supervision on the medical side is less than adequate. If youre looking for an environment for your loved ones I suggest that you really do your due diligence as the service and professionalism is severely lacking.

Actually I can Steve Evans is a great guy but unfortunately he cant be onsite 24 hours a day. When hes not there there are constant disappointments with the service staff and employee attitudes. It seems that their first answer to most questions is NO and the management supervision on the medical side is less than adequate and theyre RUDE. If youre looking for an environment for your loved ones I suggest that you really do your due diligence as the service and professionalism are severely lacking at Navion.

One of the most poorly managed dysfunctional companies I have ever come across. Management pushes for cost cutting in all areas including staff hours patient care food service etc. They ignore complaints of Hostile Work Environments and do not care about the pressures and safety of their employees during the Pandemic. Its a sad statement on America when the people who take on the vital responsibility of care of our Senior Citizens prioritize profits over care empathy and humanity. Maybe they are in the wrong line or work.This is what happens when Investors see Health Care as a cash cow. People become nothing more than cattle.

The staff at Navion have been extremely helpful in finding a solution for my mother inlaw who suffers from dementia. Our family met several times with their professionals who made sure they fully understood the level of care she needed and made very agreeable recommendations as to which community in their network was the best fit and what level of care would be required. We are glad to have their guidance and support as we move into this next phase of care for our loved one.

Great people. They will help find the best care and answer any questions.

We partner with NAVION Senior Solutions as a vendor and it if you ever wanted to build a partnership with an organization that prides itself on strong character high integrity and a winwin relationship they are the example to follow in my opinion. The culture in their organization is one of focus and purpose for how to best service their community members which drives us to want to service NAVION at our highest level. Not because we have to to keep their business but because we want to be a part of their journey. This culture comes form their executive team and is seen in the employees at all levels throughout the company. Their culture is what you would dream of for all partnerships.

I am so impressed with the team at The Island Cove at Hilton Head. Caring loving group of professionals. Highly recommend
