During my stay here at pruitthealth I found the staff and all the employees treated me with the upmost respect care and dignity, they are very sweet and caring my needs wear met 100% of the time room was always clean would highly recommend to anyone in need very professional and knowledgeable. My dad is a resident there and he complains about the food, and the night staff often. I personally appreciate the facility but I don't live there so I can't really say much. I think if it was up to my dad he would rather be somewhere else.

I am a resident at Pruitt Health of Raleigh in Raleigh, North Carolina i have been here about 3 or 4 years now I really have to say that I am truly grateful for the personal working here at Pruitt all of them do a fantastic job and at times will go beyond the call of duty. Pruitt Health is one of the best place to be when there is a need for the work they do here. Without a shadow of doubt the Lord has bless this facility and all who works here. After my mom underwent an unsuccessful ablation that resulted in a damaged vein and over a liter of blood loss, she was left extremely weak—unable to stand or walk on her own. When she was discharged from the hospital, I was given three rehab options. Like most people, I based my decision on ratings and reviews. Looking back, I can say with confidence that ratings don’t always reflect reality. Pruitt Raleigh turned out to be the cleanest facility among those I visited, and I’m so glad I chose it for my mom. I’m deeply grateful to the team of nurses who provided her with attentive care, and especially thankful to the rehabilitation team—Ruslan and Loren. In just a month, they helped my mom regain her ability to walk. This means the world to me, as she can now go to the bathroom on her own and no longer needs adult diapers. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the food—but that may be simply because my mom isn’t American and isn’t used to meals with a lot of sweet sauces.

Clean. Smells clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Residents are, too. Pruitt is the best a nursing can be.

This is the place I need to go work and give care too the one who need care.

The nursing team is not only highly skilled but also genuinely compassionate. They are attentive, responsive, and always take the time to explain procedures, medications, and therapy plans. The physical therapy team is knowledgeable and tailored each session to my specific needs, allowing for a personalized and effective recovery process. The management team was also incredibly organized, ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. **Accommodations: 4** The accommodations at Pruitt were impressive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities to ensure comfort during my stay. The facility itself is modern, and the common areas are inviting, offering a peaceful and therapeutic environment. I especially appreciated the well-maintained outdoor spaces, which allowed for a bit of fresh air during the rehabilitation process. **Food: 3/5** The one area that could use some improvement is the food. While the meals were generally healthy and nutritious, the quality and variety of the food left something to be desired. However, it’s worth mentioning that special dietary needs were addressed, and the staff was accommodating in that regard. **Conclusion:** Overall, I had a very positive experience at Pruitt. The excellent staff management and the comfortable accommodations made a significant difference in my mom's recovery journey. While the food could use some improvements, it didn’t overshadow the overall experience. I would highly recommend this rehab center to anyone seeking professional care in a supportive and comfortable environment.

A family member was sent here after their stay at WakeMed. I have experience with other family members being in 2 other rehab facilities and I can say without a doubt that this is the worst I have had experience with. The facility does not answer the phone. They claim that the phones do not work which might have some level of truth, but they also just do not answer the phones. There is no communication between leadership and staff. The communication from staff to patient lacks compassion and care, and the staff that works at night is the worst. I could share many stories from our brief experience with Pruitt. I highly recommend trusting the 1 star reviews, and avoiding sending your loved ones to this location.

A family member was sent here by the hospital. It’s so understaffed that it felt abusive to continue our stay there. Getting someone on the phone was challenging most of the time, which was very alarming. We have experienced several other rehabs, but this was the worst at communicating & responding. I seriously hope it has a major overhaul because people need decent care. PT dept had nice workers. Beware of the 5 star Google reviews for legitimacy.

We are thankful for the friendly, hard working, and caring staff. The environment is clean and our loved ones are satisfied.
