Appointment for my daughter was at 2:00pm. So we get here at 1:45pm and don't see anyone until after 4:00pm (and nothing against a PA because we both have seen some awesome ones over the past 5 years) but the PA comes in and tells her that Dr. Allen had an appointment with his attorneys and isn't going to be able to see her. Well She had an appointment with Dr. Allen not with the PA. and it was at 2:00pm not 4:00 pm. Our time is just as valuable as his appointment with his attorneys. The PA didn't even act like he had read her MRI report and couldn't give her an answer about the tether spinal cord. Nope she won't be back. Will see a physician that values her and her time. Very disappointed.

Dr. Allen and his staff are the most competent, caring group you will find in this area. He once performed a surgery that immediately relieved me of pain, and twice recommended courses of treatment that avoided surgeries others had insisted were necessary. I trust him and his staff without hesitation.
