Didn’t waste time. Explained procedure very polite.
Thank you Dr. Margaret for your services. You have always showed impeccable bedside manners and genuine professionalism. May God continue to bless and keep you.
Dr. R. Margraf and his staff are outstanding. The doctor took the time to explain my medical issue and what was needed to solve it. He did not rush his consultation and was very reassuring. His staff always responded in a timely manner to all of my questions with professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend Dr. R. Margraf and his practice to anyone that is in need of an excellent neurosurgeon !
I was expecting a private confrontation with Dr Russell as a new patient. Instead I was greeted by his nurse which was understandable because she updated my file. Next Ryan, came into the room who is Dr Russell's assistant, and he asked me some questions and he did some hands on touching. After he exited the room I was expecting Dr Russell to finally appear. But, 20 mins later Dr Russell and Ryan and the case manager nurse Katie Carter from AIG for my worker's comp case walked into the room .I felt very uncomfortable with her being present during my confrontation with Dr Russell. I literally felt attacked by all the questions he was asking about my pain. I didn't feel like he was there to support me but to support the insurance company and that his mind was already made up.I went in hard advocating for myself and demanding to have a lumbar and spinal MRI ordered. I truly believe that if I had not been persistent he would not have cared. Once he made the decision to order the MRIs the case manager nurse Katie Carter asked him "was it medically necessary." I am seeing several Dr's because of my injury and none of them ever invited Katie into the room until after our discussion. With the three of them walking into the room together it made me feel like they may have had ,a previous conversation about me out of my presence before coming into the room. My neck and back was so tense and spasmodic from all the tension that I experienced in that room. I was angry and in tears when I left. As a female and a none white person I already feel that white doctors do not take black pain seriously compared to white pain. And my appointment that day did not make me feel any different.
Did the Boston Scientific trail and the surgery was done by Dr. RUSSELL MARGRAF ( one of two part surgery ) but as of the first surgery it went great so until the final surgery is done . , I will give my final decision 👍 50%
Results are outstanding imo. Have been patient twice and would return if needed again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
