They take such good care of my mom! The activities are amazing! I recommend them to everyone that needs a little help taking care of aging parents!

My father-in-law attends SarahCare Adult DayCare Center. It is such a wonderful place and so glad we found it through another friend. They have daily activities, the staff is absolutely amazing. Frank looks forward to going and always happy at the candy he wins from playing games❤️ I highly recommend SarahCare.

This franchise in Raleigh NC address 2245 Gateway place 27607 she is a phony she looks for the worst in some of the employees and favor others, she never turn down a client no matter the sisuation with them being that it is bed ridden, psychotic, as some has been, some have diseases and mental impairments that the caregiver and PCA are not equipped nor trained medically to handle, the owner Marshall throws her workers under the bus and sticks them with any clients to deal with as long as it mean that she gets to make more money by not turning down a single client no matter their medical sisuation, there has been so many injuries at that facility Sarah care Lake boon trail and The owner Marshall covers it all up and ask that her workers do the same oh yes she tells them what to say and how to handle these injuries with the family members, There have been many family members removing their relatives out the care of Sarah care Lake Boone trails because of all the cover up and injuries sustained in the facility, even the workers at the facility gets fed up and not take care of the clients as necessary like they should, it even becomes too much for then at times to the point where they say to one another that they will leave the clients with poop on them, and that's what happens some of the clients go home poop and smelly like urine, The owner Marshall only cares about money the more clients she can keep squeezing in the door the better for her, the place has been over Crowed a lot so much so that she comes down hard on the workers to do everything becomes too much to do and tend to all at once, exspecially when it comes to toilets and changing diapers, This is one place would not recommend my friends nor family to bring their relatives to, i see too much go on here at this place and it is not a pretty site in fact it discussing, and a disgrace

My mother has been taking my father here for approximately six months. My father has Alzheimer's, and has done really well there as they are so welcoming. They are warm and loving and go out of their way make it fun for the people there. My mom has absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

SarahCare is a blessing! my mother is use to being very active and hates to sit and watch TV. A friend of mine recommended SarahCare so I called and was fortunate to get a spot for my mother 2 days a week. Eventually it turned into 5 days. mom is happy and VERY WELL taken care of and enjoys her days immensely. I can go to work and feel confident that mom is secure and happy and VERY well fed. There aren't enough adjectives, compliments that would cover the love that all the team mates at SarahCare exhibit each day. they truly care and love your mom, dad, husband ,wife , etc. I dare not mention names but I will say we are truly BLESSED. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and Soul for loving Mom❣️
