Our family is so thankful for the professional care our mother receives at Serenity Falls. Shauna and her staff are patient and encouraging. Mom enjoys her home-cooked meals and the variety of activities provided. We are happy to have found such a caring environment for Mom.

The home is run well and the care team is very responsive. They are also endlessly patient with the needs of seniors. Communication is clear and consistent. My mom reports that she feels safe there despite being disoriented by memory loss.

We needed a home for a loved one w/ dementia, bed bound and under hospice care. We're so incredibly happy that we found Shauna and her incredible staff. I simply can't recommend them more highly. We were elsewhere and it was clear we needed a more hands on level of care as her decline continued. Shauna and team are caring, really looked after our loved one like she was their own. They eased the physical and emotion load and allowed us to focus on being with her. I'm forever grateful.

Serenity Falls is a peaceful, calm and warm place to work at. As an employee, I love the atmosphere and kindness the home give to myself and the residences. Every moment here has been positive and rewarding, seeing our residences happy and engaging with us all. The owner Shauna, goes above and beyond to make sure each resident and caregiver feels safe, wanted and heard at all times. I look forward to coming to work each day!

As the father to the owner, I can tell you that she is a caring and established Registered Nurse and she is bringing those skills to Serenity Falls Family Care Home. Shauna’s love for people and her desire to give our elders a beautiful, respectful, friendly and safe place to live, will make this Family Care Home stand out!
