Serenity Falls Family Care Home's Online Review Report Card

We feel fortunate that we found Serenity Falls Family Care Home for our 94 year-old mother. She has been there for about six months and we are very pleased with the care that the staff provides at all times. My mother has some memory issues and just couldn't live safely any longer in her home. Serenity Falls has provided the perfect place for her. It is an inviting setting...indoors and outside on the deck and beautiful fenced backyard. The owner Shauna Tharpe has been just wonderful to work with as we have gotten our mother settled there. Shauna is knowledgeable, caring and professional. We have depended on her medical background and training to help guide us with our mother's care. I can't imagine a better place for our mother to live out her last years.

Serenity Falls has been a great place for my mother. Shauna and the staff are friendly and professional. They provide excellent care for her. They always try to meet her needs.

Phil has received excellent care and any issues that have come up during his transition have been immediately taken care of. I have recommended Serenity Falls to many of our friends who will soon be where we are at our stage in life. The owner is very fake. She has a high turnover and you also have to watch your checks if not, they will be wrong and bounce the only thing good about the care home is wonderful residence they may be placed in the wrong care home. because her manager. had the nerve to neglect one of the residence. and the owner kept her on board. after the fact, I showed her the proof and everything she had the nerve to text me and tell me I’m disrespectful, but her manager leaves a resident soak and wet in bed now that’s disrespectful and neglect on so many levels. I know everything is not perfect all the time, but somethings should be. Like your check should be perfect. A your resident should be your number number one goal when working in the health field the owner do not care. and I stand behind all of these words with proof. I do not have to email you that’s what the state people are for.

Serenity Falls was a prayer answered. The owner and the staff became family the second we walked over the threshold. Their attention to details and their genuine concern for not just the patients' comfort, but for the comfort of every single person who walks in that door is astounding. My Mom has been there for almost a month. I have heard her say many times that "it feels like home." I agree.

Serenity Falls is the next best place to having my mother at her own home. The care and compassion the owner and staff is just want my mother needs. I feel very comfortable leaving her in this home environment. I know she is being taken care of.

Shauna Tharpe has created a beautiful, loving home with a wonderful care staff. She provided a nurturing and supportive environment for my mom and myself. I honestly could not have asked for more. She is truly a wonderful person who genuinely cares for all members of the family.

My mom is currently at Serenity Falls and we could not be more pleased with the care she is receiving. Shauna has a beautiful home with comfortable bedrooms, cozy common areas and wonderful outdoor areas to enjoy. The staff is extremely professional and, most of all, very loving and caring. And the food! Very good! Mom's in a place that I trust which is so reassuring. Thanks Shauna and staff for all you do!

Serenity Falls Family Care Home has the best staff and accommodation for your Love ones, they can get the best care in a small private home setting then in a large facility Assisting Living it will be there forever home, please come by for a tour.

Family or residential care homes are great for seniors who can no longer live alone. There are numerous homes all over the Triangle. I’d love the opportunity to showyou to a few of them.
