Our family has been using Synergy Home Care for the past 2 years to help provide daily in home care for my mother in law who suffers from Alzheimers. Crystal, who owns the company along with her husband, has been extremely helpful in managing the staff and schedule. All of the Synergy staff has serviced our family with wonderful communication, flexibility, compassionate care and are highly skilled to provide the utmost care for our loved one. They are always available to address concerns, fulfill scheduling changes and request. I am confident in Synergy to provide the BEST CARE possible and highly recommend them to anyone searching for a in home care giving company.

My name is Chetachi Nwokejiobi and I have been with Synergy Of North Raleigh for a couple of months now. When I was looking for care for myself I wasn’t finding much luck because majority of the agencies I’ve called said that they did not do past the hours I was requesting and some of them had to cut my hours to just only 11:00 at night which left me with being by myself for 4 hours with anybody. When Synergy Of North Raleigh came into my home, I felt at home , they were willing to work with me based on my needs. Right off the bat, I told them my situation and they found ways to help me so that i could get the proper care I needed. Most agencies, when it was too much for me to pay automatically cut me off. Therefore , it’s a good place to have your loved one and if I could rate them, I give it a 100/ 100. The nurses that I have were phenomenal especially Ms. Patrica Green. In the beginning , I had her one day out the week before they changed my primary who happened to be Brittney Taboon and made Ms. Patrica Green my primary nurse. However Synergy has never failed me in finding care for me or providing the necessary services as in the best nurse’s there could ever be. Yes, I call them nurses rather than caregivers even though the company calls them caregivers, but to me they are like nurses in the hospital taking care of patients. Only difference is we as clients are not being taken care of in the hospital , rather we are in our homes. This is my experience as far as being with them !

Crystal and her team at Synergy have been a Godsend for me and my family. I occasionally have to care for my grandma who has dementia and Seona has guided, cared for and taught us so much. Grandma actually looks forward to seeing her. If you have elder care or in-home care needs Crystal and her team will provide top notch care and support.

Synergy Homecare was Mazing in caring for my husband for the time he got to come home from Duke. They covered their shifts and gave me ease of mind while they were here. Wesleyliked the caregivers as they were amazing while taking care of all his needs. I highly recommend them for caregiving!
