The Willows At Raleigh's Online Review Report Card

My mom has been here since June of 2022 and she lives it! It’s taken her a while to get involved with activities only because the move from AL was a somewhat difficult and confusing transition for her. The team there has been WONDERFUL! She goes downstairs and enjoys time with her friends over a glass of wine, dancing with live music, and simply the inviting atmosphere. She knows the majority of the staff, who all take time to help her if needed, always cheerful and friendly when I’m there. Special shout-out today to Carrie (sorry if I misspelled), who went to check on her for me while I’m under the weather and mom’s phone battery was dead. Carried made sure she was okay, helped her search for the cord, AND called me back so I didn’t worry. It doesn’t get better than this team of professionals. Love this place, as does my mom!

I’ve been living here since August 2022. I have throughly enjoyed it. The other residents are friendly and the staff is professional and caring. The activities keep us busy and meals are varied with many choices.

When I have an issue the staff is excellent in its responses and in a timely manner. I feel very safe at the Willows. The food is excellent. The staff deserve a five star rating.

The Willows is an outstanding community. The staff is warm, professional, and truly cares about the residents. The grounds are well-kept, the apartments are bright and spacious, and there’s a strong sense of community. It’s clear they prioritize quality of life, independence, and meaningful engagement. Highly recommend.

We researched supported living options for my elderly mother, and were extremely impressed with the Director as we explored The Willows as a recommended community. Eric was so helpful, attentive and knowledgeable, without being at all pressuring. The pricing is also very competitive. I got a great feeling about this property, even though ultimately we had to go in another direction for Mom for other reasons.

I have numerous patients in The Willows and this is one of the better communities I serve. The staff are fantastic in their mission to ensure the safety and quality of service the residents receive. It is always clean, and there is an array of activities for the residents to enjoy. They've embraced the Modern Aging-In-Place model so those with healthcare needs can receive those services without having to leave the community. Their rates are reasonable as well. Highly recommend...I would refer family to live there.

Went to the Casino Night this evening with a friend. It was so much fun..great food…staff was welcoming and friendly..Casino staff taught us how to play poker..even won a raffle prize!

I relocated my 83-year-old Mom to Treeo from Florida nine months ago. We couldn't be happier! The excellent staff at Treeo Senior Living is gracious, kind, and attentive to all of my Mom's needs. Treeo offers a community of diverse seniors from various backgrounds and locations a place to enjoy life and activities. Daily activities include arts/crafts, fitness, cards, music, and local area trips. The meal choices are good, and the staff is fantastic at putting smiles on everyone's faces. Moving Mom to Tree was the best decision we could make. There are plenty of senior living facilities in the Raleigh area; however, Treeo's commitment to helping seniors enjoy this stage of life is unmatched. Although I might be hundreds of miles away, I trust that my Mom is in beautiful hands. Thank you!

Just got off the phone with the desk clerk she said this is not a senior citizens apartment its private owner don't be base on your income she said Raleigh NC does have nothing for senior citizens to live in base on there income WOW wow wow wow wow wow
